Absolutely disgusted , I was a happy loyal customer until today I've left this place many good reviews on just eat . Today's food come & it had about 20 dark curly hairs in it . All in the curry , ive taken photos this is unacceptable & can't be accidental as far too many hairs . Its like someone cut hair over the cooking pot . I feel sick , there was loads more I didn't pull out . This needs investigating , basic hygiene and I will be reporting to just eat im disgusted .

Awful service ordered a chicken masala I got mince (well I think it was) the guy on the phone didn't know what a masala was then hung up when I asked for a new order to be delivered. The fries were warmed up stiff cardboard and got about ten if that Don't order here horrible used ti ve so nice too

Ordered a pizza and payed over phone by card! When the pizza come the driver wasn't aware that it had been payed for so he went back to confirm it had, once he was back the pizza was cold so we told him we no longer wanted it and wanted a refund! We rang back and told them this and all I got was made up excuses so we couldn't have a refund or another pizza then said it was too far to deliver even though we'd just had a delivery. This was the first time ordering from here and it definitely will be the last!

The food was inedible!! We ordered the hottest curry they had and masala (both lamb) had to add chilli powder! Iv had hotter kormas! It was literally tasteless! The prices on just eat are different to there website and you get a completely different price when you ring up! Sorry but the food went in the bin! The chef needs sacking! No seasoning, no flavour at all!! Just scraps of meat swimming in sauce! Lesson learned! Just eat needs to remove this place from there site

Very good, would recommend to every person who loves his curries, it was a really good experience, very friendly and honest staff, really helped me out.The best thing is the prices are very good compared to other curry places, because you get what you pay for, absolutely beautiful, really wanna give a hats off to the staff and quality.

Over 1 hour late and flat cold pizza. Manger is very very rude towards you when you call and ask why. Driver rude and can never find address says he's there when he's dropping food off eles where. Stay away from this place. Hopefully justeat will remove them

Had lots of food from Alis, generally not too bad, however ordered food last night, and part of the order missing. The part that did arrive was dry (KEBAB meat). The part, that was missing, the driver told me he would go back and get another, it would be 15 minutes. 40 minutes later, it turns up cold and no complimentory apology! Unfortunately occasions like this make you look for other establishment.

If you order, pay by credit card or cash. Need to make it easy to get your money back when it never turns up.Zero communication when it doesn't turn up, and if you're lucky and part of the order turns up then the staff are rude to you for daring to ask for the remainder that you already paid for.One too many times, I'm done giving them a chance.

Food is delicious. Best curry around. Only problem is delivery can be hit and miss. We’re gonna see if we can collect next time as food honestly the nicest and no upset stomachs the next day.

I have to admit I was dubious about ordering from here given all the bad reviews but we weren't disappointed.The portions are huge and we certainly have a couple of more meals out of one takeaway, which cost us around £20 as they have 45% off at the moment. I got the biryani and it was massive, it could easily serve two people.The delivery was early for us, not late, and the food was everything you'd expect from a takeaway curry. We ordered early, for delivery at 5:30pm on a Friday and this probably helped rather than waiting for peak time when they may have limited drivers. That being said, I'm sorry to read about all the bad service that has been explained below, it's always best to say if you're going to be late or what the wait is.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was lucky to have been born in Bradford and I've had some excellent curries. This didn't blow my socks off taste wise but the service, sizing and delivery were excellent.
