Asda Wakefield Superstore in Wakefield

Mixed experiences of this asda, sometimes it is good, sometimes you get called a liar by staff and then messed about for twenty minutes... Don't trust the price on the shelf, it may not reflect the price at the till, and if you complain you'll have to deal with a selection of staff members who fail to communicate with each other, making their decisions solely based on their opinion of you as a person. Unfortunately this seems a common theme across all Asdas I've visited.

Just had very good assistance from a lovely guy called Leslie working at Wakefield. Couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Do you remember the days of people being "happy to help" and with smiles on their faces? Well his WAS Leslie. A great advert for your shop. You should treasure him!

Brilliant place to go for shopping decent prices they have plenty of clothes home equipment and food service is easy and quick. my go to place for shopping recently ordered an item through click and collect The process was very user friendly and quick

I have complained previously and heard nothing. The pharmacy is on its knee’s, it’s too small and under staffed . Today I have just been to collect my prescription to be told they are 4 days behind. ASDA this is not good enough you need more staff and bigger pharmacy.

I've tried to phone in the finding of 3 trollies in the beck at Milnthorpe Farm but after listening to all the menus I was told "thank you and goodbye". Do Asda consider this customer service?

Friendly staff, large superstore with great range of clothing (even for men). Best Asda in area by far

Came Sunday 17th April as it said it was open and had been confirmed 3 weeks ago, yet it is shut. Thanks Asda wasted 6miles of fuel

I have emailed the complaints department twice about some mouldy bread rolls I bought (and nearly ate) and they have not had the decency to even acknowledge my emails let alone reply. Please boycott Asda. Used to be my favourite supermarket but it has really gone downhill.

Disgraceful toilet facilities even though they've apparently won an award for them! Utterly disgusting! Faeces smeared all over toilet and door in one cubicle, overflowing sanitary bins in two cubicles and plain dirty and messy in the others (with one toilet blocked so it looked as though it was about to overflow).
