Brewers Fayre in Wakefield

It was busy but the have carvery on today so am not surprisedThe menu has changed recently and it is a smaller menu but still lots to choose from. There reasonably priced and have refillable drinks so you get good value for money. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome and the food was very tasty and I had the carvery which was really nice and you could go up for more veg which is good so overall a nice family meal out

Standard pub food. Not a lot to choose from.Went for Sunday carvery which stated started from 11 and no cease time, however, arrived at 6.15pm and carvery finished. Really disappointed.Had fish and chips instead. Fish was nice but chips were hard and dry. Staff very helpful

Came here with my mam recently, it was a Friday so it was quietWe've never been before so we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered that Mon - Friday on certain meals were on special offer, I want to say 2 for 1,we finished up paying something like £4-5 each for a meal & just because it was special deal it didn't disappoint,got plenty and was done nicelyI had egg, sausage chips beans,mam got gammon,egg & chips, cleared our plates no problemThe lasses that served us were nice too

Food is always very good and service is fairly decent aswell waiting times do depend on demand at the time but that's to be expected. My only issue is availability on multiple occasions items are unavailable due to stock issues I don't suppose this is the restaurants fault but I would suggest keeping more stock so customers can order exactly what they want and don't have to compromise other than that nice place for a family meal

The soup of the day was great..( carrot & coriander) a little disappointed we where never give choice of the specials for that day. Ate from the menu, I went large for the extra £1.99 smothered chicken. A little over cooked around the edge, still really delicious.

Came here for tea as I had my sister who is disabled and can't really walk. The place was full but they offered us a table at the side which I have to say was perfect. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely. We didn't wait long given the place was so full . We would definitely return their again. They also gave us 25% voucher for our next return. Thankyou

Seemed short staffed and had to wait ages for food but the staff were amazing bless them. They worked so hard! About to leave with little ones as we couldn't wait any longer, but food did arrived just in time being honest and we enjoyed it all. We would return, but hopefully at a quieter time with better staffing levels as it was overwhelmingly busy.

Not great I'm afraid. The 2 staff that was on a gent and a young lady was lovely really polite and friendly. The food was awful for the kids the pizza was really thick dough with not much on top and cold as was the corn. Our cheese burgers were very nice tho but chips were hard and coleslaw very poor very cheap mayo. I wouldn't go again but hats off to the staff

Great place, very attentive staff, I was extremely well looked after during my stay.

Not very busy when got there 2-30.ordered our drinks and meals together. Enjoyed our meals all 4 of us. Good value, some 2 for £8-50 deals on ,if that's what you wanted to eat. Had a nice bottle of Zinfandel Rose £13-95. Lots of other drink options available. If your into your coca cola there's an extra fill up option. Because of the time we went desserts weren't all available , probably very busy at early lunch!!overall experience very enjoyable. Good service from staff .
