A very good, clean and friendly cafe. Plenty of choice on the menu from ice creams to coffee&cake to a meal. Popular with responsible dog owners, the cafe also takes Amex!

Lovely little cafe in the grounds of sandal Castle.Very accommodating staff - we were there around closing time and they still made us a coffee and a hot sandwich.Toilets, dog friendlyBacon and sausage sandwich was yummy.

What a find, lovely location right next to Sandal Castle. Reserved a table for 11.30 am and had 2 x full english and a bacon butty, all delicious. Excellent value with drinks all-in for £20..Plenty of seating inside and out and lovely and clean. Excellent service couldn't have been better. 10/10 xWalked from Sandal Castle yo Pugneys and round the lake returning to the cafe for ice creams all round. Excellent day 😁 x

Fantastic local cafe, dog friendly, staff very warm and welcoming, food is the best, great Yorkshire Breakfast, really nice slow cooked sandwiches and best of all home baked scones and cakes.If you like a good cafe you won't go far wrong coming here.

I called here yesterday with my daughters. It was passed the closing time but they still served us.The bakewell scones are delicious and a game changer for scones as we know them.They even gave us one each when we were leaving as they would have been thrown away as they make them fresh each day.In a beautiful setting and run by lovely people. 😊

Best place around for breakfast,would highly recommend this place most definitely making this my regular for breakfast and the homemade scones are out of this world,hats off to the chef

Great little cafe with lovely staff and great facilities. All products served are of top quality, but are priced accordingly so take your wallet! Lovely to sit outdoors and soak up the views 👍🏽
