Chicken Stop in Wakefield

Called in for a Classic Smash Burger. Let me tell you brothers and sisters. They nailed it. Perfectly smashed patties seasoned bang on sweet buns with spot on sauce. I like to go for the simple dishes at first, making sure i can taste the quality of ingredients.Young men taking pride in the food for customers and i asked to swap drink for few extra fries. Instantly said no problem. A breath of fresh air. The first time i came i had no gerkin and the a small amount of raw onion. Managers watch your staff that could loose you business.

My flatmates went all the way to dewsbury from Leeds just for a chicken stop. They took a chicken and chips box back to Leeds for me and even after about an hour in the car the food still tasted unreal. Chicken stop is elite

This review is long overdue and as such it will be a long post, because I have so many different occasions to talk about.I eat a lot on the go because of time constraints, but as a family, we cook delicious food, so it's hard to find food that completely satisfies the palate when I'm eating out. Nevertheless, Chicken Stop's Loaded Nachos are absolutely amazing! Everything about it tastes right, chicken is grilled, not fried and there's a generous amount of it - sauces and jalapenos give it a great burst of flavour. It's not only my go to takeout, but my family are now regulars and I even got my rounders team, BatGirls Rounders Club hooked onto the Loaded Nachos! We'll often grab it and go when we need a tasty nutritious snack in between matches! 💫Not only is the food delicious, but their customer service has been amazing on so many occasions.I was driving back from a day out with my daughter and called to place an order. By the time I got in to Dewsbury she was fast asleep, I couldn't leave her in the car alone while I nipped in to collect the order, nor did I want to take her out in case she woke up. I reluctantly rang to ask if they could drop my order to the car, I was expecting a no, and at the very least some awkwardness, but I was delighted at how supportive they were. One of the lads stepped out to bring my order to the car, he was really pleasant about it and even preemptively brought change with him 💫All too often I've seen when food places have offers on, they either get irritable with their customers, reduce portion sizes, take out the drinks and fries from meals, or even reduce 80% of the meat claiming that's the offer menu! In Nov, for their 5th year anniversary, Chicken Stop discounted everything on their menu to £4.50. Despite the increase in workload and working in a pressurised setting, they kept their standard of customer service and quality of food. 💫A few months back, we ordered our regular couple of Loaded Nachos. When we sat down to eat it, we noticed the portion size was almost half a box, compared to the usual generous full box. As we'd always had a great experience from Chicken Stop before, I dropped them a google chat message just to let them know. I wasn't expecting it, but straight away they told me to show the chat message when I was next in and they'd sort something out for me. When we next went in (a month later), showed the chat msg, we were given our order at no cost.  No issue about the time lapse, no fuss, just fabulous customer service. 💫Five star rating for the food and the customer service is above and beyond.  Chicken Stop, not only do you have my service, but everybody around me hears about you!💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

Fantastic food the Bollywood burger and wrap were perfect. New Bolton store staff friendly and clean well thought out restraint. I would highly recommend.

First time customer, Had the 1/2 peri peri chicken with rice and a drink. £5.99! Food was amazing, shop clean and staff friendly. Definitely going again!

One of the best chicken burger places in the area. Lovely selection. I've pretty much tried all the burgers, salads and rice box. Can't fault it. Great service from all the staff even though they are very busy at times getting all the orders ready. Keep up the good work and standards of the quality of the food on offer. Please bring back the platter that you had to offer during a short period as I loved it. :)

I stumbled upon here yesterday whilst in Dewsbury and I was not disappointed.I ordered the 'Legend' salad priced at around £5.49All I have to say is that it was delicious! There was a very generous helping of grilled chicken which was seasoned perfectly, the buffalo sauce complimented everything really well, and for the price I paid I was well satisfied and deffo will be coming back to try other things on the menu.

Good range of burgers and meals. Clean environment, and friendly staff. Fast service.Food was cooked well and tasted decent, but didn't blow me away. Good place to eat if you want a quick bite.
