College Pub in Wakefield

This is a nice pub and especially showing leeds utd matches its a nice pint and like how its decorated

Lovely clean cozy pub. Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Great service. Handy carpark.

Great pub, great landlord and staff, they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. All the locals are friendly and it’s a place to feel safe and enjoy a drink.

The owners have really tried to make the best of this pub, and it shows. Foot rests for the high seats would be amazing so annoying when you just have to dangle! And a better selection of lagers wouldn't go a miss. But landlord is really nice!

Asked staff if they could put the football on the tv they were very friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere. Beer was very good🙂🙂🙂

Lovely pub great inside and out, had to wait quite a while to eat served and they didn't take cash. Overall good 🙂

I need to start by saying the food is absolutely beautiful. Im not even joking!! It is home cooked and the chef needs to be praised for his talent. You don't get food like that from anywhere in wakefield. Whilst on the food a steak on the menu would be great. This pub has been done out amazingly. It has taken away some of the old charm and cozy feel about it but does look and smell so much better. Staff are friendly and new to the pub industry which is apparent but doing a good job.

Really great pub... looks amazing after its refit...been here a few times for evening meal... never been disappointed great food at great price... excellent service, great team working here.. the sunday dinner is also delicious, well worth a visit and even during these difficult times as they adhere to all the guidelines, hand sanitizer in the bar etc .. felt really looked after here

The refurbishments are fantastic, it is such a pleasant environment, the regulars are all nice friendly people. Would do better if they started serving food again, which is apparently being worked out. Highly recommended.

Massive improvement up on its previous state. It was tired and worn. Now it's fresh clean and modern - long overdue. Use to avoid it which was a shame living local but will now use it on a regular basis. Look forward to trying the food.
