Crown Pizza in Wakefield

If I could I wouldn't give any stars but have to give 1 because I want to put my review on🤣, absolutely disgusting phoned at 10:20pm didn't turn up till 1am in the mean time I was ringing no answer at all!, eventually when it did turn up I didn't even answer the door because I was that fuming looked this morning they have left it at my door step in the rain with "HAHA" written at the side the pizza box. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!

AVOID!!! Absolutly shocking, food was ordered via the just eat app with an estimated time slot, it arrived over 30 minutes later than the latest time given.I checked for updates on the app and they'd marked it as been delivered, irang to see where the food was, and the person on the phone had no manners at all, answered the phone with just "crown".The food was cold (not even warm) the chips tasted like they had been reheated and the food in general tasted unpleasant and dry.I've given 1 star only because I had to.This was a fairly big order and everything was dissapointing.

Ordered some food before they closed, rang up asking when it will be here and the woman on the phone said between 15-20 mins they are short on drivers… the food didn’t turn up

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. After been told our order would be with us in '10 mins' is was a further hour. We waited 2 hours in total. Rang to find out where our delivery was. She became rude, ignorant & after me complaining calming & respectfully she said 'whatever'. Please don't give them a penny. Oh & the chips came cold!! It really deserves a 0.5!

Absolutely disgusting, waiting 2 hours, we rang the place and they said it would be ten minutes, it took a further 45 minutes to get to us. The food was rank and we left it, the calzone meat I wouldn’t even give to my dog. Chips were soggy, and Food was barely warm. Not worth £20!!

Ordered a desert on Uber eats gives three options of ice creams and I received 2. I rung up and was told this is not their fault and it’s Uber eats as you only get one flavour for £3 each rather than three options for £3, this was not explained on the app.My order was placed at around 11:30pm and arrived at 1:42 AM after ringing multiple times. It is shocking and I rang multiple times to be told “ your order is 10 minutes away” , “your order should be with you in seconds”. NEVER again.The ice cream was also like slop did not taste normal at all.

Wouldnt let me post with no stars, so had to press one star, only reason it got one. Word of advice do not order from here if you want tasty hot food. Took 75 minutes to arrive and was cold. Kebab meat had no taste, think they forgot to add any spices to curry, all poppadoms broken up like crisps and chips soggy. At nearly £20 and it all went in bin. Will not be ordering from here again.

Order never arrived, when i phoned they were rude over the phone and put the phone down on me several times. Do not ever recommend this place, ordered food they took my money and never sent the order out. Waste of time avoid this scam.

I ordered a takeaway for delivery from here and after waiting 2 hours I called them to ask where my order was, the lady on the phone said "It will be 5-10 more minutes, the driver is nearby with one other order before yours". 45 minutes later it still hadn't arrived. Called them 4-5 more times and they did not answer. Food never arrived, but they still charged me. This was the second time I've ordered, and the last. My first experience wasn't good either, but it was over a year ago and I thought I'd give them a second chance. Clearly that was a mistake. Luckily I used Uber Eats and I can get a refund through them. I'd recommend avoiding Crown Pizza.

SCAM!!!!!Do not order from this place. I waited all night for a 16" pizza which never arrived. They marked the pizza as delivered even though it wasn't and tried to take my money. The guy on the phone was so rude, he put the phone down on me. Save yourself the hassle and do NOT order from this place. After reading the reviews on here I'm glad it didn't arrive 🤮
