Good food and great service, the staff here are super friendly.On entry we were asked if we had any special dietary requirements which makes me believe they take allergies etc. seriously here. We let the waitress know that we had a film coming up and they worked quickly to make sure we could have our meal and still make our cinema screening.The food came out quickly and was hot. Overall quite simple looking dishes but you can get a good deal for 2 courses at £10.99.

Amazing meal with great service and music

Just eaten the nicest burger I've had in ages and it was a bargain on the 6.99 lunch menu. Great staff, clean and tidy, good atmosphere. We came with our newborn and changing facilities were ideal too

Usually eat here at least 3 times a month. Been twice this year and both visits have been terrible, last night we were left waiting 30 minutes before we placed our order and that was only because we asked the waiter if we could order. When the starter came (sharing dough balls) nobody came back to our table to either ask if everything was alright or to clear the dishes a further 40 minutes, we again had to ask for our main course. The spaghetti bolonaise was very greasy (I couldn't eat it) when the waiter finally came to ask if everything was alright I said "no" and was abouttto explain when he just said good and walked away. Needless to say it will be a long time before we go back if ever.

The food was good.But service was not so hot. The waiting staff seemed to just stand by the till.Tables got half cleared, then half cleanedI would have ordered more drinks and desserts but by the time anyone came my way I just wanted to leave.

Been a while since the last visit, wasn't as nice as last time (we last went before the menu design was changed) nothing was awful but thebacon seemed like it had been pre cooked and warmed up and it was kind of chewy as were the pancakes, given that breakfast for two cost around £30 with our drinks this was disappointing.Also although it didn't bother us I could see that the next table over were not impressed with the waitress telling us that cream soda and cinnamon make her queasy

Went last night in the snow storm like utter loons. Service was excellent and food was amazing too! Will definitely be returning soon. I had the Bolognese with dough balls and sweet potato fries (Don't ask I'm pregnant lol) and everything was perfect. Bolognese was nice and hot and very tasty without loads of chunky veg and manky mushrooms haha. Hubby had the classic hotdog and fries which he loved but found the hotdog a bit firmer than what he's used to. He also has the cookie monster milkshake which we shared and was lovely but couldn't finish it after the food. All in all we were very pleased and would happily return and probably both order the Bolognese since it was so nice. Thankyou for a lovely meal ❤

Reasonable food at a reasonable price.I used to dine here every week but the food and menu seems to have changed in the years gone. Always seems a tad short on staff now too...I will say... I do love the atmosphere, the music and dim lights always help me unwind and de stress for an hour or so and it doesn't break the bank either.Overall probably average... I would have rated excellent a few years ago though.
