Ive ordered from here before and was ok however today it’s taken 2 hours and 40 minutes to arrive for 3 sandwich. When we called they kept saying it was getting sent out now but didn’t. Found a hair in one of the sandwich’s and the tuna sandwich looked like the tuna had been left out for days it was all dry and weird colour!! The food was freezing cold. Won’t order again. Absolutely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend at all.

If there was a option for minus stars I'd give it. Food took 3 hours to get delivered phoned numerous times during this wait to say it was next and wasn't when the food turned up it was cold and just shoved in wouldn't ever go again needs closing down worse cafe ever and that's a understatement

Ordered 2 hrs ago To be told it’s 2nd in the queue to be delivered now waiting for driver to come and deliver our order. Wouldn’t order again slow delivery

Order took 2 hours to get to us, for two sandwiches and a coffee. My coffee had a large black hair in it (I have red hair and too long for partner’s and it was there as I opened the lid of the cup), so I unfortunately could not drink it. Really disappointing.

DISGUSTING🤢 found hairs in my sandwich clearly they don’t use hair nets slow delivery, wont order again!

Be very very careful when ordered from this place on food apps. Our order was a hour and half late. So we called to cancel the order, next thing had a email to say food was delivered, tried to call cafe and no one answered and deliveroo refused to refund as the cafe had put through that the order was delivered, still haven't had my refund for food that never arrived!

Over an hour of waiting and the food never turned up. Cafe has been ringing engaged for over an hour, clearly taken their phone off the hook.

Ordered food with an expected delivery of an hour, waited 2 and a half hours for food for us to give up and cancel, this was after several phone calls and them saying the food was already on its way 3 times. When we rang to cancel she said she had just made the Order! Rubbish service, dread to think what the food is like 🤣🤣🤣

We ordered a few sandwiches, one of which an Egg, sausage and mushroom. When they arrived (30 minutes late bearing in mind), there was no egg. We were told that they would send another sandwich, and to have ours ready to swap. No worries. More than an hour passes, we called them back up and "three of them had checked and there was definitely an egg on the sandwich so we're lying" - Clearly I'll go to the effort of lying about an egg? I have nothing better to do with my time of course! If they didn't have time to deliver it the least they could do is give us a call, rather than leaving it for us to sit around waiting.
