Love the staff in the trinity walk greggs and riddings shopping centre both wakefield stores, have the best staff friendly and always a pleasure getting my latte from them :), keep it up ladies, the bus station greggs wakefield need to visit the other greggs in town to see what good customer service is, keep it up ladies.

Can't go wrong with greggs, festive bakes are favourite. Do takeout or eat in. No toilets and has stairs.

Absolute winner, what's not to love at Greggs. I called for some breakfast, really good selection available.

Very disappointed. Bought two products both of which turned out to be very overcooked (the pastry was hard and dry) and completely cold (wasn't mentioned at point of purchase that they had been stood and would be cold).Paid using Greggs app and was given no feedback by the staff member that payment had been successful.Usually use the store on Trinity Walk and will stick to that in future.

Food is nice and the prices are okay. However I have been given the wrong item numerous times. Usually its spot on but the last 4 times I have been and asked for a chicken pasty I have recieved cheese or what I assume to be beef?

Always OKOnly snag, for example, if you buy a "steakbake"You can get one nice and hot/or clock cold.You just don't know how long they have been out. You still have to pay the same price.Not very nice COLD.

Staff here can be very polite, friendly and cheerful. They do have plenty of options available like a good selection of sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and sweet options. Inside the store was clean and well laid out, outside sometimes looks like it needs a good clean but is well lit. Can get busy from time to time but staff are good and keep things moving swiftly. My only complaint on this store is it is not disabled friendly 2 steps into the store and no wheelchair access. Think staff would come and help if needed but this should not be the case in this day and age.
