Second time ordering her although last time was more than 6 months ago absolutely delicious food . Portion sizes are amazing great quality and delivery service is spot on very helpful and friendly x

Good tasting food but we were let down as everything was extremely cold and unfortunately the chips were very hard , if it was not cold it would have been great but will not be ordering from here again.

OMG where do I start. Ordered starter, main and sides, unfortunately all not edible. Starter and sides totally overcooked and dried out, meat very fatty, order not correct and rice dry and tasteless. Phoned to inform that the noodles were dry even though paid extra for wet but did not get very good response. Needless to say won't be back.backbec

Took an hour and a half for food to arrive on a Thursday night. First time we had ordered from this place and no way we would order again. The food was dried up, the prawn toast seemed like it was old and reheated and was rubbery. Chips where greasy and the omlettes had hardly any filling in them. If I could give 0 stars I would

Very disappointed today. Third time ordering from here. Which haven't been amazing as the sources arnt the best. Especially the bbq sauce its like dishwater with meat floating in it.However today the chips tasted horrible along with the onions and delivery was far too long

We've used Jade Garden as our go too Chinese take out for a few years. We even moved out of the area and still go however our past 2 experiences have been shocking. They either have a new call taker who doesn't listen or they just don't care enough to pay attention to special requests anymore.If they got their meals correct they're spot on, however after our recent issues I think it's best we find a new more local Chinese.

attitude towards customers needs huge improvement. food is no better seen more meat in a vegan meal than my special chow mein. First order came wrong. sent a second out which was worst than the first would not recommend. avoid!!!

Found a woodlouse in our food today when we got home and put the food onto our plates so I called them up to tell them what we discovered and that we weren’t eating it. Was told to take it back and she would give us a refund. When my partner took it into the shop the lady behind the counter began checking all the tubs and accused us of eating the food and said it was a burnt piece of rice, it definitely was not as rice does not have legs!!! None of us ate the food, we plated some of it up, then discovered the woodlouse so obviously wasn’t going to eat anything. We are really not happy with the customer service we received and how she was debating on giving us money back after it all. We used to order from this takeaway on a weekly basis and will not be ordering from here again.

It's not the best Chinese on earth but it's definitely one of the better ones in this area. Plus it's cheap, delivery is quick, they've never got our order wrong, they're on justeat for convenience and portion sizes are good. Been ordering from there for 4 years and never got food poisoning so that's always a good sign.

Really disappointed!! Don't do a lot of takeaways but have ordered from Jade Gardens a handful of times before. However the last few occasions have been poor! After the last time I thought I'd give them one more go but mixed starter was stale, won tons burnt and flat, chicken wings rock hard, the pork curry didn't seem like any pork I've ever had!! Not for me!!
