Good service. 3 hours free parking for customers. KFC is not consistent with Vegan Burger range. Many stores sometimes do & sometimes pull out. Was showing on screen available but staff said not available. They need to take it off vegan burger from menu if not available. Drive thru and service is fast

The meal was burnt & cold. I returned it,the chicken burgher was better the 2nd time but the chips were not cooked through but they were hot!Disgraceful meal!

I had one of the best experiences in fast food restaurant. Service was excellent, it made us feel very special. When we made an order, worker told us to take our seats. She was very kind, brought napkins, utensils, sauces, and when the food was ready we even didn't need to stand up to collect it. Food was delicious and good portions, just right to make you feel full. Definitely will go back there.

Was told about free cookies and I didn’t get my free cookie, therefore I am disappointed. UPADATE: I got my cookie so they can have 3 stars now :) 2 months later update: popcorn chicken is very epic and they played boy with luv by bts and have good music playing over all. A whole 4 stars :)

Terrible experience waited 45 mins in the drive thru to then be told it will be a further 10 mins for chicken fillet because they didn’t realise they were going to be that busy , went to mcds served straight away with all the correct order . Absolute waste of time very poorly managed will not be going again . And I would like a apology straight from the colonel himself !!

Sadly our most recent late night visit was very disappointing. Chicken burger was as dry as sticks and the chicken pieces were so greasy I threw 2 out. When you buy from the drive through you shouldn’t risk quality just because you’re driving home with your food. I’ve given 3 stars as the quality is usually very good.

If you like chicken legs and your order to be correct then don't bother visiting! I've been several times and won't be going again. The orders never been right... They chuck rubbish bits of meat in and count them as a piece (I'm talking nugget size with bone!) just absolutely rubbish

Terrible customer service by manager called ousha at Wakefield branch.Very rude and verbally aggressive as she shouted at me in front of all the customers because I had a problem with my bank card when paying. I had entered incorrect pin by mistake so i blocked my card which was embarrassing as it was so didn't deserve to be treated as I was.I then stood at the side away from the queue so I didn't hold the line up and called my bank to unblock my card which I did and was told to wait 15 minutes for it to work again and then tried to pay again a few times by contact less and chip and pin and it still didn't work so I said I will have to leave it.That's when she shouted at me and said we have other customers. You have tried enough. You are holding the queue up which I wasn't. I was very polite all the way through.She then went in the back after shouting at me as she knew she had done wrong how she handled the situation and spoke to me.I then stood to the side again so not to hold the queue up and asked all the staff what her name was as I was going to complain to head office and every staff member was reluctant to give me her name and I had to ask them about 10 times before one of them finally told me her name and they said she's the manager which I didn't know until that point.She wouldn't come back to speak to me and she left her staff in an awkward position which she had created. Her staff apologised to me for her behaviour.I have rung kfc customer services and been advised how to put the complaint through which I am doing as no manager should behave in that manner and should be professional and be sensitive to problems that may arise like this.One staff member in particular (a mature lady) who was cleaning in the restaurant whose name I don't know was very nice and trying to help. She deserves recognition for her customer service skills. She would make a much better manager instead of the one that's there.Never will I go in to that branch again. hope the complaint gets dealt with as managers like this will drive customers away. Please hire managers that have good people skills and can deal with situations without humiliating customers and shouting.

Absolutely disgusted with the manager AUSRA!!!!!!!!!!!She has the worse customer service ever!!! Even a toddler has better customer service that her!!!!!! Rang up about my order and stated how it was cold, the wrap and burger wasn’t plain even when I told her I was allergic to Mayo and then the hot wings and mini fillets were missing. She then went on to accuse me of lying and that my partner dad didn’t ask for them to be plain. She refused to replace our meals and would only replace the hot wings and mini fillet. I am extremely angry at the fact I cant eat my burger now because there is Mayo on it.AUSRA this is for you: you need to go back through training and learn your customer service again. Also train your staff better so more orders don’t get messed up

The self-service kiosk that I used here followed my commands quickly and when unsure of what food was boneless, I asked a lady at the counter and she was generous enough to point out numerous options! I then ordered a meal deal of Popcorn chicken with chips and Pepsi Max, which arrived quickly and was delicious. The tables themselves were kept clean, a level of hygiene the staff were tying to hit too by wearing masks.
