Kismat Tandoori in Wakefield

We ordered and they only delivered part of our order. The delivery man took our money and said he would return with the rest of our order. We explained we would rather him take the whole order back and give us the £20 back as the rest of the food would be cold. He then ignored us and went to his car which resulted in us having to chase after him for our money back! Delivery driver was rude. Manager constantly spoke over me on the phone when I complained and explained ‘next time we order’ there won’t be a next time

Food always cold and to say its local took two hours to get to us. Will avoid a use a better takeaway. One that has manners staff are polite and food is cooked and delievered hot..

Not had a takeaway from here for a long time. Certainly prices gone up,think £2 more,must be paying for new developments.Was not as nice as many previous visits. Think be finding a new place,I got the chicken tikka massala and boiled rice,extra garlic nan,which was poor tbh. Needs food improvement.

Excellent quality best garlic chilli chicken from you so far really hit the spot cant wait for my next one huge improvement from old shop but always been lovely .

Excellent food and fast service. Usually ring up to be told 45 minutes but have never waited longer than half an hour. Always pleasant and professional on delivery and the food is excellent. Highly recommend the meat spinach balti. I would recommend the Kismat for all of its food including some of the best pizzas around and really great quality southern fried chicken. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just had a korma from here. Dry and over cooked chicken with very cheap long grain rice that was supposed to be yellow rice. Naan bread had holes everywhere so couldn't be used, after 5 minutes deciding if I was going to eat it (I havent) I saw it separating into water, inedible rubbish that went straight into the bin, would not recommend.. we will never go back again

The service and pizzas are usually good quality, but recently they have been slacking. We're a 2 minute drive from them and our food came stone cold

I got kebab meat with chilli and salad, very fresh, very hot not cold, and great chilli sauce, price is very good for the amount too. Salad is also very fresh.

Went to the shop to get a Kebab, 8/11/19. Live 3 minutes away by car got home only to find it absolutely flat cold. Last time i will go to this place. Avoid !!! Only one star hygiene rating as well.

So I love the food from here, I usually order on Just eat and I’ve been in person a few times. Today I ordered over the phone, I asked for a half pound cheeseburger with mayo and salad, quarter pound cheeseburger with salad and bbq; then a Donner kebab wrap with salad and chilli on it. After saying the first cheeseburger the guy then started talking to someone else while I was on the phone, came back couldn’t remember my order asked for my address and didn’t know understand the last part of my address which is “close”. So I repeated my order to the guy on the phone, he then got the half pounder and quarter pounder mixed up. When I corrected him he had a full on go at me down the phone like a child would. He said that I got the order wrong and that it wasn’t his fault, he was shouting this down the phone at me. No apology or anything either.If it wasn’t for the fact I’ve barely eaten all day and my boyfriend has just come back from three peaks, I would’ve cancelled the order and go somewhere else.Don’t think I’m ordering from here ever again which is a shame as it was my fave takeaway but if staff are going to speak to customers like that.
