Ordered food, collected within the 10 minutes. Food flat cold chicken over cooked and the sweet and sour sauce hadn’t touched and heat source. Very disappointed and will not be returning

Probably the worst chinese ever, bland tastless special curry never again

·

It is fresh, very good meal and delicious.

Everytime the food is soo tasty. I try so many dishes from them and its worth every penny. Good price, nice to customers, the phone ring all the time and they work really hard to do food on time. My favourite takeaway

A really busy and great value Chinese takeaway, went Xmas eve and because of its popularity 45 minutes wait time. Being going for over 20yrs.

Wow just wow amazing food very tasteful and great value for money. Big portions enough to feed a family just on 1 meal Highly recommended and definitely will be using again. Compliments to the chefs 👍

Didn't even want to give this 1 star. If there was an option for below I would have chosen -1! Everything we ordered tasted of nothing. The salt and pepper chicken and chips were like cardboard. All the food was cold. The crispy duck and pancakes we ordered were horrible. Dry and cold. The hoisin sauce we were given was not hoisin sauce at all - instead it was some strange sour red thing! I am not usually one to write reviews at all, even if I have a bang average food experience. However, this experience was below average! Will not be returning I'm afraid.

The man on the counter was extremely rude when I asked how much the order came to. (I was told a different amount by the wife at home who had placed the order). Rather than calmly explain the extra charges due to the cost of ingredients going up (which should have been explained on the phone) he just kept shouting and repeating the price and aggressively banging on the perspex, pointing at the sign which explains this in plain black small font text. We were still overcharged even when taking into account the extra charges! On top of that the meals were poorly stuffed into a plastic bag so much that you couldn't use the carry handles. Extremely disappointed and will not be using again.

Been using Kowloon for years and years. Over the years the quality has always been pretty good. It is a solid take out and the food is plentiful and tastes good. Like most Chinese it is a touch on the salty side but one of the better Chinese take outs overall. We have the set meal for 2 with additional prawn toasts and another meal, it feeds 4 comfortably. The only gripe I have is that they charge for prawn crackers and let's be honest, after spending £25+ it would be nice yo get something extra!

What can i say, the building is illuminated with a striking yet sophisticated namesake for which it is legendry, once inside this glorious eatery you are attacked with the most delictable of staff which whom are impeccably kept (and dare i say up for any banter!) the food is very reasonably priced and in my opinion absolutely fantastic (ive seen my fair share of Chinese takeaways etc.) if it were feasable this local and friendly establishment would recieve 10 platinum stars from me, please call in and indulge!!!🤙🏻
