Marlborough Fisheries in Wakefield

This is my local fish shop and haven’t ever faulted it, great tasty food and such a lovely set of staff! Honestly can say this is By far my favourite fish and chip shop and I’m very happy it’s back open Since this has always been the best since I was at school.

Banging fish n chips great service I've travelled miles to get them from here the staff are great been going since I was in high-school and will never go anywhere else

We were traveling through the area on a cycling holiday from Australia and popped in for some fish and chips en route. We’re sure glad we did!The service from Andy and Leslie was amazing and the food, let’s just say they were the best fish and chips we’ve ever had!We’d recommend trying the fish and chips with Irish curry and mushy peas, followed by the pork sausage, Yorkshire fish cake and rounding it out with a battered Mars bar.I’d give 6 stars if I could.Highly recommended.

Fantastic fish and chips great staff and a wonderful delivery service in this particular trying times when we couldn't get out to eat the care we was shown was impeccable thank you and my very fussy grandson loved the Irish curry sauce xx😊😊

Used to be a good chippy, what the hells happened ? New management ? Had an absolutely disgusting fish from here on saturday. Must have been cooked and stood hours before . Burnt batter and raw fish in the centre, work that out. Tasted gross. Man serving touching everything with fingers as well, use tongs you scruffy sod. As you can guess , wont ever be going there again. Disgusting shop.

Friendly lady served us and we paid on card. Fish was great and chips were awesome. Will definitely be going back!

Great little FIsh and Chip Shop with a large selection of choices. Seasonal options added to the menu including on our last visit scallops in the shape of Easter Bunnies. The staff are always very friendly and the food is very reasonably priced.

Say hi to Andy and ask for my favorite: cod lightly battered topped off with Andy's famous curry sauce. Best fish and chip shop in all of Yorkshire!
