Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wakefield

Why is it every time you go to McDonalds you cannot access the click and serve collection points due to all the deliveroo drivers parking in them,surely they can park elsewhere in the car park, you have brought a service in that cannot be properly utilized.

Food is spot on 9/10 times. Really do rate the restaurant but this is let down by the deliveroo/JustEat/UberEat drivers who fly into the car park with their small delivery cars at stupid speeds, take parking spaces reserved for the disabled or people ordering food for pick up.

Drink was under filled by about a quarter of a cup. Asked them to top it up and was told the manager has told staff not to fill drinks to the top as it’s costing them too much money. Having worked at mcds previously I know a cup of soft drink costs 2-3 pence (and sold for £1.09). If literal penny pinching to this degree you’ve got bigger problems with your business. Won’t return after this.

At this point you’re probably better off ordering online. If you actually go to the restaurant you’ll be waiting forever while they do Uber/just eat orders. Went for breakfast other day… waited 15 minutes for my food. Doesn’t exactly seem fair, staff seem run off their feet with the restaurant to deal with and deliveries.You would hope actual restaurant visitors would be priority but nope.

I guess as far as a McDonald’s goes, they are pretty decent. I've been here many times now, only a few times have they had no Mcflurry's and only once forgot to include my fries. Staff are respectful, the place is well kept.Gets busy around end of school hours as there is 2 schools nearby so plan ahead during the week. I usually order ahead on the app and collect via drive-thru.

Horrific, don't go inside you will be ignored by the 10+ staff behind the counter while they prioritise Uber eats meals. No click and collect spaces either as guess what the hoard of Uber drivers are all in them. This is not unique to this McDonald's I have experienced this at every one I have attended. If it wasn't for the kids weekly treat I would not be anywhere near this ghastly place.

AVOID!!! Rude ignorant staff. Going through drive thru, it was queuing but we we didn't mind waiting however when we got to the order point we were kept waiting while they just served the other order point, then when we got to the window the woman never spoke to us once, moved down to collect our order and the lad there wasn't much better, got our food to find it cold.

Food nice and hot when you eventually get it. We requested the waitress service and was waiting over 15 mins for them to bring our 2 hash browns and 2 coffees. One young girl who worked there who we asked twice where our food was didn't seem to be bothered, in the end we called a young lad over and he personally went and did our order himself, he apologised and gave us a extra hash brown for the inconvenience.

Absolute joke of a place can never get food due to Uber eats and just eat orders coming first....cant park in order bays either or disabled bay as just eat drivers are always there too. Normally get a breakfast every morning but the waits are too long now so don't bother. No longer fast food it's quicker to cook at home.

Absolutly horrific. The worst place to order from. Staff are lazy and NEVER fullfill a complete order. If you order from here, you are guaranteed half a meal every single time. Either no chips, no drinks, something is always missing and they do not rectify if you order through uber eats. Disgusting service. Dreadful staff who also allow gangs of youths to congregate outside the store causing trouble. Do not waste your time or money ordering from here.
