McDonalds, Colorado Way in Wakefield

Everybody loves a McDonald's every once in a while! You know what you are getting. It tastes great! The kids love it. You feel overly full & then hungry again in an hour & vow never to eat it again. Standard. The staff in the Castleford one.seem extra nice actually. X

Slow service (15+ minutes to provide a standard meal), forgot items, food was cold when eventually given. Certainly not “fast food” by any stretch of imagination.

Raw Becon when ordered triple cheeseburger with extras.Manager (blond hais, slim body ) behave worse that teenagers visiting restaurant. Starts shake and bounce her bottom with some romanian colleagues that make some noise and distribution of everyone in restaurant. Definitely you missing understanding how managers or anyone else from employees should behave between customers. Good clean tables but dirty stools.

Was very nice except from the chips tasted a little different I don't think they had any salt on her but except from that they were fine those we all over the floor but you know I'm not going to blame that on the staff as the cat be always in the toilets to clean them

Why does this McDonald's never have milkshakes???? Also isn't the mcflurry supposed to have sauce? Not just plain ice cream with a few bits of maltesser thrown on top?

Definitely not fast food. Tasty when we finally got it but did take 15 minutes to get through the drive through.

Received burnt muffins, no milk or sugar with tea and bacon, sausage and egg muffin rather than a bacon role.This place is terrible with delivery orders. Very rarely get anything accurate and customer service if often rubbish too. There is the odd manager that does their job. Generally the blonde lady with glasses but the rest don't really care about the service.I could smash a window with these muffins 😐 didn't even send enough jam to make them edible.

Decided to eat in and regretted it. Chaos and delivery service drivers causing usual feel of waiting in a delivery depot. Cleanliness not great and food nothing to be proud of. Next time passing through will look for alternative restaurant or stick to drive through. Sorry but not a great customer experience!

Very disappointed. Was in a very long queue for over 30mins which to me proved that it was very busy today. As is the case with most places that are that busy, you at least expect the food served to be warm which wasn't the case here. Both the fries and burger were very cold as if they had been prepared many hours ago but I couldn't rejoin the queue again to make a complaint. This is a prime location and I expected better from McDonalds.

Pretty good McDonald's. Nice quick service and food order was correct! Milkshake machine was not broken and we got napkins without having to ask :) on a whole it was a positive experience for a McDonald's.
