We went as a family of 5 and had to wait about 10 mins for a table which wasn't bad on Saturday at 7pm. The staff seemed busy and they were friendly it was fairly busy so a little chaotic but enjoyable atmosphere regardless. We ordered the boneless sharing platter for my and the hubby and the kids got 1/4 chicken with sides and a Pitta meal with sides. 2 of the kids loved there meals but our youngest was still hungry with her Pitta meal so they did have desserts which they loved.Me and my hubby really enjoyed our platter we had plenty to eat the food was nicely cooked and we enjoyed our sides and loved the choice of sauces. The drinks were bottomless and they actually had sprite zero so I was very happy. Really happy with the food and value for money just a little disappointed on the size of the singular meals. But would definitely go again.

Food was rushed out, chicken butterfly had too much fat and veins, haloumi cheese was not even cooked same for the wings. If they took their time maybe the food would come out better. Given 2 stars as the service from staff was good.

The food was delicious as always but wat was supposed to be an half hour wait turned into an hour and 2 small boys was getting very restless. I would av given 5 stars except for 1 waitress who was rude the lady who was on today march 3rd was really nice and helpful

Small and quaint but big on service and standards. Enjoy eating here and have never been disappointed with the food.

Bad service. We were taken to the table quickly and the water left us without saying a word! We are not much of an out side eating family so we sat there thinking they would bring the menu but nothing happened for nearly 30 minutes. However when we went to ask, they said we were supposed to scan the qr code which was stuck on the table to get the menu on our phone and then order online. Once the order has done they brought the drinks and one of us ordered water but there was an empty glass. Again the waiter left without saying a word and then we figured out that we need to ask sooner than later to get the things going. We were directed to a tap for drinking water which the waiter could have done initially when he brought the empty glass. Anyway the food came quicker than we thought and the portions were made much smaller for the price so we are really disappointed with the whole experience. I wish the employees were more friendly and appealing to the customers as not all people spend their entire life eating out and they should not be assuming all people would know what to do in Nandos. They should be guiding people in the process of ordering and other things.

After a sub-par experience at Castleford we’ve avoided Nando’s for a while but today at Wakefield the food and service was spot on. Delicious!

Not Nandos greatest moment .Staffing issues (understandable)meant a 40 min wait (not an issue nothing they could do it was made clear straight away) The issue occurred when we had ordered and paid we were then told no nuts no garlic bread etc we had ordered family platter so ended up with 3 large chips n 4 corn on cobs no ideal when not everyone eats both .we also ended up with starter coming after main arrived so a lot of food went to waste we had to pester staff for napkins and other parts of food order that was missed off .Male staff member stood next to our table cracking his knuckles which wasn't the best .food we did eat was nice n hot and well presented.

Worst Nando’s around. Gone down hill massively lately and you can never get in, they turn customers away and don’t allow anyone else in, even on a waiting list. Haven’t been able to get in for MONTHS! Clearly don’t want the custom. Has put me off for good. Will take my custom whereas from now on, shame on you.

Excellent customer service from all the staff including the manager when i had forgotten to put in my discount code. Food was very fresh and lovely. The place was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Much improved service since I previously visited this branch a couple of years ago.

The food was good and the staff were nice enough, but had to wait 20 minutes to get a table despite only being one table taken from what I could tell. Staff mentioned the drinks machine had broken that morning but cans were still available. Was said in such a way that made us think we could still get bottomless soft drinks, they'd just be from cans, but had to pay per can which gets a bit silly after one
