Oasis Takeaway in Wakefield

Very disappointing kebab pizza with barely 3 pieces of meat basically £9 pounds for a jalapeño pizza won't be visiting again!

Top quality food , Generous portions absolute value for your money , really tasty food and brilliant customer service ,I highly recommend this takeaway

Ordered via the Wakefield ears app, food arrived, wrong pizza sent, no drinks with children's meals, called the shop said they will sort it out.Pizza arrived, cold no drinks, partner had started eating burger to find halfway through this was raw, won't be ordering again, standard's have really slipped as used to be a regular of ours.

Very poor food, parmesan chicken not cooked throughly and slimy and topping just southern fried coating. Food was lightly warm. Charged me £3 extra said it was delivery fee eventhough over phone told me total which was £3 less. Delivery was only £2 even on just eat so wen I questioned it told that how it was. Poor customer service. Would not recommend at all. Updated 6.2.21. You said I only orders plain parmesan but still doesn't explain why the chicken was slimes and underdone, you said I only ordered the parmesan but I also ordered twister fries and cheesy chips and garlic dip and a can of coke but didn't mention them before as they were okayish, my order was over £8 the total I got charged was £14.80 wen over the phone I was told £11.80, your driver said this £3 was extra delivery fee. Now I'm not gona keep updating my post to argue with you but for what I ordered and what I got defo not worth it and your drivers response not good. Its upto others what they choose but all I'm gona say is Jazakallah and Allah hafiz.

Rubbish.Saturday 24 October 2020. Ordered food at 8pm and were told it would take about one hour. At 9.40pm had to call again and were told that it had already been delivered! When I said that we hadn't paid anything I was told "Oh the driver forgot. We'll get you a new order in 20 minutes" Finally arrived at 10.20pm. My husband's steak kebab was so dry that it was inedible. My donner kebab was ordered without chilli sauce but came smothered in it sor I couldn't eat it. To top it all we were advised that there was a delivery charge which hadn't been mentioned when the order was placed. Disaster. Any chance of a refund? Doubt it!Don't use.

I have never had a problem with this takeaway until my last order with them. I ordered some food and one of the takeaway boxes had a huge hole in the bottom of it and the food sadly had plastic bits in. So was not edible. I rung them to complain and asked for a new meal to be re made. No show of this re made meal even though they said they would. I then asked just for the money back of the meal that was ruined. I have not received this money. I rung multiple times to ask when and why haven't I received a refund for the meal that I couldn't eat. I highly do not recommend using this takeaway if your meal goes wrong because they won't sort it out or give out cash refunds. Really annoyed by the customer service I have received and thought they would be better due to the amount of times we have ordered in the past!

Been to this takeaway recently and ordered everyday since .the pizzas are soooo tasty ,kebabs and burgers are lovely too .I'd highly recommend this takeaway to anybody that wants to eat out. Absolutely awesome

Disgusting.Ordered nachos with chilli and cheese - I received potato crisps, tomato purée and cheese that looked cremated.Also my chicken was served with chips and a nice big long black greasy hair.I’ve complained to justeat who have said that Oasis haven’t marked my order as complete , therefore I cannot get a refund.I wouldn’t even bother. Let me know if you want evidence of the state of the food I received 👍🏻

I ordered from uber eats. Immediately the order was cancelled by Oasis pizza. I called them to see why they said they didnt have a house number. No offer to take it and still deliver my food. I told them that I had been charged and they said because they hadnt processed it it wouldn't be charged. Guess what??? It has. Now uber eats wont give me a refund and neither will Oasis. Stealing peoples money. Despicable

Ordered 2 meals for delivery. Waited just under an hour and my order was wrong. They some how gave me the same order as what I had the previous week. I ordered a coleslaw burger meal and I got a mushroom burger meal with garlic. Not gonna wait another hour just for them to deliver another meal. I wont be ordering from them again.
