Fantastic, revamped café at Angler's Country Park. Friendly service, offering a range of sandwiches, cakes, snacks and drinks. Handy stop for breakfast on a long morning walk

The Woodland Cafe had damp to downright wet outside benches, so dog owners (like us) beware: plastics shopping bags could be put on seats. While waiting o/doors for my wife to order, I was surprised to see the cook using his bare hands to toss the salads from bowels onto customer dishes. The cafe does have a 5/5 hygiene rating, so presumably such should be fine, but it surprised me nonetheless.
