I took a party of seven for a mealThe food was fineI usually do leave a tipHowever when I went to pay they put a tip of £14 without askingWhen checking my bill it said optionalAt no point was I askedThis has put me off visiting again

I don't understand from where all these good reviews! I had soup, starter and noodles as main. All heat up in microwave and drawing in grease. All food smelled and tasted the same. Very disappointed.

Went for a birthday. Food was all amazing and staff were lovely. Would definately recommend and will be returning.

Went for a family Birthday food wasn’t great starters missing server was rude and abrupt for the price the quality of the food was not up to scratch will not be going there again and I wouldn’t recommend it tbh

Been on lots of occasions but after last two recent visits the quality of food & service has gone down yet the prices have gone up.We last went in the afternoon none of the happy hour menus were placed on the table after asking for this the member of staff seemed disgruntled made a noise under his breath & went to get them...🤷♀️Still spent a fortune.Been polite to customers costs nothing!!

Food was adequate, pretty generic Chinese restaurant fair. Service was poor. Waiter was abrupt and the order was wrong for two of our party so half of us were finished before the others were served.

Still as pleasant as it always has been. I've been coming to Pagoda for years. Staff are great, food is great value for money. Good choice of beer too.

We had a fantastic time.what a place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Staff were fantastic.nothing was a problem. They waited on us completely. Service was great. And when they brought the cake outfor my husbands 70th he got really emotional. The food was amazing couldn't fault it at all.all was piping hot when they served it.
