Disgusting Place, disgusting food. Never again 🤷🏻

Took my money, never delivered what I ordered. Waited over two hours. Do not ever use this place! Horrendous customer service

worse takeaway ever, owner of this shop is living on another planet... Food on arrival was cold, missing items from order and they charge extra for items you don't receive (extra bags or napkins) and when i have commented on just eat i was told to learn english and that i was served good food srsly grow up and accept that your food is trash.

New favourite takeaway, great kebabs and pizzas. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, I cannot fault them

First time using this take away and I have to say that I am not disappointed, great garlic bread with cheese and the calzone was very nice, thank you, I will be back 👍

Can't understand people ordering chicken burger and complaining in comments. Order some beef if u want some good burger. Anyways, PD's pizza is definitely one of the best in the city as well as chicken donner with fries- one word and one word only, FANTASTIC. Really recommend.

Food was 35 minutes late. Was cold and had sauce and salad on the food that had not been asked for or mentioned when placing order. Pop we specified was incorrect. Driver was rude who turned up with music blasting out of his car no consideration! Would not recommend and will NOT be ordering again.

ZERO STAR. Having received a stone cold delivery order a few months ago, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again last night. Having ordered 2 kebabs, 2 chips and a Tomato Garlic Bread, the delivery driver arrived without the Garlic Bread. The driver called the shop, and passed me the phone to speak to the ‘manager’. He offered to bring the Garlic Bread back, however I live 3 miles away, so I explained that the rest of the order would be cold by the time he got back with the Garlic Bread so I wanted it all remaking. This may seem pedantic but when I have guests on a Saturday night, I expect to be able to eat together.He firstly tried denying that my order was wrong, and then told me that the rest could eat their food and the other person could just wait. I explained that I wasn’t prepared for one person to eat alone (they only wanted the Garlic Bread), to which he replied ‘well you don’t have to all sit down and say grace before you all eat together’!!!! To this I told him to take it all back and forget about it.These people obviously don’t understand the meaning of customer service. He was the most abrupt, obnoxious, arrogant person I have come across in some time. Absolutely disgusting.To put the cherry on the cake, I have just found out they recently received a 1 star rating in food hygiene. I for one won’t be returning ever again.

A regular customer since 2016, Food has always been great quality and customer service too. Always make up for small mistakes after a phone call and throw in freebies sometimes too! The calzone is beautiful and the chips are like nandoes!
