foods lovely but some staff aren’t very helpful. ordered 3 meals and paid by card and when i asked for a bag at the end the man went “10p for a bag sorry” and i was like “right well i have no cash and you’ve already charged me without telling me bags cost” and he just giggled lightly and carried on with what he was doing, which wouldn’t have bothered me if another member of staff wasn’t with him when he charged me so they were aware i was paying on card. was also told a 5 minute wait and waited around 25. food was nice though.

Please don't eat here fishcakes hard chips always cold and today a member of staff wouldn't take my note as she said it was fake....took it into the bank wasn't fake at all .....her hands probably needed washing

It's a few months since I visited Harry's was my favourite fish restaurant beats Whitby's fish restaurants hands down hope it's still the same

Lovely restaurant, covid awareness, food good ,the staff are very nice efficient, it's just I feel they are expensive compared to the other restaurants,l feel that if they lowered there prices they would be full again

Given this 4 stars chiefly for value. Harry’s offers a very limited menu and “no frills” food but at £4.75 for fish and chips, pot of tea and bread and butter you can’t go wrong.Great for a hearty, quick and cheap lunch.

The food is good but having to preorder your fish and chips for it is a bit of a pain. If your pooping out for a quick bite I wouldn't recommend it but if you have time to wait then this has the best fish and chips. The prices are a bit steep but as the old axsium states you get what you pay for.

It's not even worthy of 1 star. The most disgusting sausage and chips I've ever been served. The batter was burnt to a cinder and they oversalted the measly portion of chips! The whole lot went straight in the bin, definitely will not be going there again!

I have to say the fish and chips was the best I have ever had or the best that I can remember. The fish so tender and how one would want it. The chips also likewise and I will be coming again. Well done to Harry's and the staff.
