Pizza Italia in Wakefield

Ordered food at 6pm still not arrived at 20:42 rang 3 times to find out where food was spoke to manager who was very rude Will never order from here again

First time of ordering. Fantastic food. Arrived early and was piping hot. Everything was 😋. We will certainly order from you again. Thank you for a lovely meal

Pizza looked unappealing and the two pieces we ate tasted very bland. The burger was nice enough but I couldn’t eat the cheap frozen chips. We haven’t been to Pizza Italia Horbury for a long while and now we know why. We fancied a change seeing as we are on holiday leave but wish we hadn’t bothered with this establishment and will not be returning. £18 odd mostly in the bin.

We ordered from here last week and the pizzas were some of the nicest we’ve had, freshly made with fresh ingredients and cooked perfectly. The burgers were of good quality too. It’s not bad price wise either. I would recommend trying this place.

Long standing customer,but definitely a newcomer to compiling a review. Prior to covid this was the best pizza outlet within 5 miles. Evidently since covid standards have significantly slipped. Annoyingly everything is resolved with the unhelpful "we'll send another in 30 mins", which frankly speaks " we really don't need to try anymore". Who the hell wants they're order in two deliveries?I'm incredibly disappointed. We figured supporting local business was the way to go now. Unfortunately they seem to think standards no longer matter. I'd pay a lot more for consistent great food.Guess the takeaway business is simply printing money right now.

Took an hour and a half for a local delivery.. pizzas were flat cold and greasy.. I have used these quite a few times and as the other reviews state.. they have just let the standards drop to an incredible low. Won't be coming back

Let down!!Having been a long standing customer of pizza itallia I was very let down that parts of our order appeared to be missing, I wouldn't normally mind but the sauce included with the calzone is the whole reason I order and on this occasion it was not included - when we called to inform the restaurant it took 30min for them to send the replacement even though the establishment is less than a mile away the food was eaten by the time of arrival making the meal dry, I know it's only sauce but I have many options locally for the same meal however the sauce seperates this place from many others well not on this occasion.

Pizza not cut....and topping slipped off the pizza and in the corner of the box, Ragu is old and warmed up dry in the container.Perfect circle base very cheap tasting for the cost.Not a patch on the old Pizza Italia standards

Reading reviews for local pizza, thought this was the one. Ordered online, wasn't ready had to wait. To be honest, we've tasted frozen ones better. They were very bland, didn't taste of any seasoning and lacking topping. 2 stars for customer service. Won't be returning

Ordered a meat pizza yesterday around 2000 came about 50min later, so not bad delivery service. Although a little experience costing £9.40 per pizza must admit best pizza I have had in Wakefield. Beautiful definitely will be ordering again.
