This is the best chip shop I've been to in the UK. My partner and I used to live locally but moved and now we travel 250 miles to come back. The fish bites are to die for. I cannot tell you how lucky we feel to have found this place. Also the owners are the friendliest most caring people I've met and they remember everything about me even if I haven't been for months. Honestly I can't recommend this place enough, amazing food and it's like being home when I visit.

This is the one and only Chippy we use, tried them all within a 5 mile radius , they are the best by far,quality, portions and value for money

Tried Sea Urchin a few times now as my usual fish shop is too greasy these days..Every time they've been a decent meal! Never too greasy which is great for me and the fact you can call to order is great as you arrive and never wait too long. Staff are friendly. New regular fish shop!

Travelled from London to visit the wife's family. Like Scotland, Yorkshire's Fish & Chip shops remove the skin from their fish before frying.The "Sea Urchin" is another Yorkshire fish and chip shop that serves amazing Fish&Chips.The two female staff members who were serving when I visited were helpful, polite and chatted away. Will definitely return when we are next up seeing the Family.Highly recommended 👌👍👏💯

Edible but nothing special, too enemic for my liking .Asked for scraps didn't get many .Won't rush to go back. AFTER READING REVIEWS ON GOOD FOOD AWARD THOUHGT I WAS IN FOR SOMETHING NICE .🤔

Best fish shop in Ossett/Dewsbury. I regularly call heat on my way home from Leeds. Why? Food is always hot and tasty but staff are amazing friendly and helpful.I pass two other fish shops after sea urchin before I get home. But always stop at this one. The friendly service makes it where I want to spend my money. The staff always chat with me and food quality is amazing.Only thing wrong is ( I can’t give this place 6 stars!) 👍
