Excellent quick service when we called for Sunday lunch. We had a table for 11 and everyone's meal arrived together. Food to high standards. Will definitely be going in the near future

Regular haunt of mine because the food is consistently good, and staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Always a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Laura and staff for making sure our visits here are very pleasant.

A lovely village pub on the banks of the canal. Three of us visited and really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. A little slow to get served and looked understaffed at times. All in all an enjoyable meal out.The only downside is the pub attracts some families that have no respect for anyone or anything. Leaving more food on the tables, chairs and floor than they actually eat as well as being very loud.

Had the green burger and it wasn't overly pleasant. I'm not a vegan, but I eat a lot of vegan food and this was not up to standard! I asked for onion rings to come with it (they aren't vegan) and they were delish! My daughter had the tacos and for 4 quid they're not bad, pretty measly though!Definitely had better pub meals!

The location is lovely on a walk, the toilets are NOT great, smelly and just feels dirty, broken toilet seats, toilet paper on floors, just not maintained well! Dinners are pleasant enough I have chicken new yorker which is really nice, There's always a deal on every day of the week, kids facilities are awesome TV screens in booths and colouring stuff, excellent play areas and wacky warehouse. The breakfast was awful when we tried it, but that was a few months ago now, never repeated the experience! The ques at the bar can be insane at times, but you can order on the app.. There is room for improvement, but i do go there a lot as I love walking on the canal so it's lovely to call off.

I had gammon and chips, the gammon was stringy and very fatty, but the rest of the family had burgers and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their meal. Pudding I had apple crumble, felt like it was oats not crumble, and the custard arrived with a thick skin, but again, the family were happy with their plethora of fudge cake an ice creme so it wasnt a total bust!

Went for a meal and the food was excellent. Also very freindly staff even let my grand daughter in the play area for ten minutes even though it had closed but then she was screaming the place down cos it was closed when we got there.Highly Recommended.

Managed to undercook my steak, ordered medium rare and got it somewhere between blue and rare: ate half of it to be polite, couldn’t do more. Don’t order the steak.
