Starbucks in Wakefield

Staff behaviour is absolutely appalling. We had to repeat our order 4 times (jam and butter on toast) because they couldn't stop laughing to themselves. When we go to the next window to pick up our order they were jeering and pointing at a man in his car trying to order aswell. The order wasn't correct (shock) and recieved snarky comments trying to rectify it. If they focused more on their job than making fun of other people they wouldn't get something so simple and mundane, such as toast and jam, wrong.

Walked to a shiny new cafe to be greeted by staff with the attitude of border agents at Calais, I glanced at a full and extensive menu and when I asked for a cold brew (iced black coffee) I was told they don't do it, why have it on the menu then?

This Starbucks has deteriorated massively over the last 2 years, mainly due to the borderline, and sometimes blatantly rude staff. Used to enjoy coming here but the last few times have left me wishing I hadn't bothered.

Quite possibly the worst service and slowest service I’ve ever experienced, three cars in front of me and took best part of 30 mins for a coffee and a toastie. Cars behind me were turning around the wait was that long and going elsewhere. This isn’t the first time either.

Ridiculously long wait just for 1 coffee (nearly 30 mins) Bit of a bummer when the barista makes the drive through drinks before the one that was ordered and paid for at the counter first ! Won't be coming back I'm afraid

I know you have to wait longer than in any other cafe in Starbucks and in this particular location I'd say it's normal for the wait to be even longer on average still, but today I waited a very long time for a cold drink when it really wasn't very busy and watched lots of other drinks being made for other people including multiple people who arrived after me and after the staff not acknowledging that I was still stood there waiting or paying attention to my obvious glances that were conveying the "where the hell is my drink at please guys" look, and then to finish it off two people walked in and ordered the same drink as me and they made theirs straight away and mine at the same time, very confusing and no apology for the wait either. We all know you have a wait sometimes fair enough, but I'd say on every occasion I've been to this outlet there's a wait even though it's not busy, they've run out of something or multiple things and the staff just seem to be on a different planet. So will probably avoid in the future just to save myself the trouble. Drink was very nice though when it arrived.

Lots of things not going right for staff the day we visited. Dishwasher broken so everything in takeaway cups. 3 of the 4 drinks weren't available so choose different ones, and tables weren't being cleared quickly enough.Been here before and its normally clean, pleasant so think it was a one off. Staff always friendly

Arrived at Starbucks this morning happy faced to get my usual 4 large drink treat every Friday only to be faced with Natasha AKA Karen. Obviously short staffed no signs on the doors to tell me otherwise I walk in only to be shouted at it's drive-thru only. Well being in a van that won't fit through I explained I'm in a van and can't fit to then be told ok then if it's take away although there were people sat inside and I was taking away. Keep a look out for her dark hair called Natasha with a stone face and disgusting aptitude

Shocking customer experience every single time!A tortoise would do a quicker job at making my Frappuccino than the girls working there. I'm usually a big fan of Starbucks and visit every other day but since the Calderdale branch like to hire inexperienced moody school girls, I won't be wasting my time going there again.

2 hours parking wasn't enough & didn't realise the time seeing as I met an old friend for my birthday so thanks for the whacking £100 fine!!!! If you have a legitimate reason & can prove you were there at the place spending £7:20 pet time (x3) you should b given a little more leeway !!!
