Subway in Wakefield

Delivered the wrong items.Can’t contact whit the customer service.

I have visited this subway numerous times as others in the area. Mandy, just finished her e-cigarette outside, served me, I requested tuna IFoot long , well I’m not surprised she found it difficult to spread as compared to previous visits there was half a scoop, and four slices of cheese. I requested a little more tuna to be told it will cost you more. No customer service standards, I’m doing my job she stated, well not in my opinion. So I refused to buy it, went to Greggs and bought a tuna melt sandwich with onion etc, half the price and a better filling. I will not be going to this subway again, and advise many others not to either. Terrible experience and staff trading needed.

We shopped at 10am it was quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient.

My son is coeliac and I worry re cross contamination as he will be doubled up in agony within minutes of eating any and it’s also the long term health issues it can cause.I cannot rate snowhill subway high enough. If you explain you are ceoliac and not just gluten intolerant they are even more careful. I explained my sons condition and they ensure nothing touches his sandwich that may have touch wheat/rye/barley. They wash hands change gloves, use different utensils, get products from the back etc and they do not make another sandwich until they finish my sons. The manager there is amazing and a credit to Subway. Other companies advertise gluten free but do not think of cross contamination and Subway Snowhill do. Amazing. Xxx

Made my first time at subway very enjoyable and will 100% be returning. Very clean and careful, as I ordered a meatless meatball marinara sub the server asked if I wished her to change her gloves which is a huge relief and precaution that hopefully is taken at other subways. Can confirm subway cookies are absolutely gorgeous - the taste and texture is perfect. Highly recommend.Taste - 4/5Presentation - 4/5

I like being able to order a sandwich with the fillings I want. There's always a great selection of bread too. Only difference I noted at this particular one was that the amount of salad added to the sandwich was less than at other subways I've been to, which was disappointing. Other than that, nice sandwich.

Food is good as always, but recently staff have to prioritize Just Eat orders, and it's a joke how long normal customers have to wait. Subways could completely revolutionise themselves and make everything simple with a create a make your own sandwich system. All they need are vending machine like paypoints to dispense the ingredients, and I am sure people would prefer to make there own sandwich than wait 40min for some guy to slap it together.

Placed an order and waited for over an hour and half for it to be given to 3 separate drivers and after talking to the driver. He had even put that he had been in several times and asked and they hadn't said anything to him. Takes the mick really, it wasn't even at peak busy times just no explanation no nothing 👌🏻

Absolutely shocking not the first time I’ve been to this store, before the pandemic service fine since the just eat orders have been going through to this store they seem to take priority, queuing out if the premises but no just eat take priority, took me 18 mins to be served today, will drive into Wakefield centre in future they have drive through, counter service and just eat and seem to manage brilliantly.

Really impressed with the service at this Subway. The new vegan sub is amazing and Emma changed her gloves before handling it and asked other staff to do the same. A small thing but goes a very long way!
