Sultan Balti and Pizza Heaven in Wakefield

Ordered it for the first time came cold had a few bites and now fallen poorly waiting around 2 hours for my food, for the price could of gone to a restaurant would of saved me been poorly and actually something decent to eat definitely wouldn’t suggest eating here!

First time we have ever ordered from here 05.03.22 6.20pm we ordered online and paid 8.30pm it arrived very cold and couldn't and why should we have to microwave it,kept phoning and we kept being told the driver is only a few minutes away,when the driver did arrive he asked what time we ordered and told us to complain which we did but didn't get anywhere the manager wasn't bothered, so we couldn't eat the food and wasted almost £40,thank you Pizza Heaven,NEVER AGAIN!!!

The first 3 burger orders over the week were nothing short of flawless. Very polite staff. I decided to try the bolognaise pizza - Gah, not a fan. Difficult to eat due to containing chilli oil. The menu needs to rename it "SPICY Bolognaise" and put a chilli rating on it. I'll stick to the burgers from now on. Slightly disappointing. I get that some people are into that, adding chilli oil should be on the options section along with the cheezy chips, not provided as a surprise, or leave the Italian food types to the Italians.Cheeky delivery guy added £1 to the order, didn't realise till he'd left. Free delivery failed this time.RATED: C+ - Room for improvement.

First time ordering from a mail shot menu!!The food quality is first class and delivery was to the minute, the food was piping hot & plenty of it! so what else is there to do but enjoy..will order again soon!!My birthday take away was better than the first order, if that's possible, spot on food, spot on delivery food hot and delicious.. the Samosas to die for..really recommend this place for take away & deliveryAnother hot delicious meal, delivered on time, first class service

Use to be one of our favourite takeaways,not sure whats happened.. disappointed with my korma,my plate was full of water, and the rice wasnt pilau rice either

Gone down hill over the last couple of years. Used to be the best Korma around, now it's by far the worst. Bland and tasteless. Thought it might have been a one off so gave it another go, but still as bad. Such a shame. Dont understand why they don't listen to feedback about it? I rang them about the quality and in all fairness, they said the next time I ordered from them, the Korma would be free. I ordered the free Korma a few weeks later, thinking they'd make sure it was right this time, but no, was exactly the same 👎 No more chances now 🤷‍♀️
