Food was ready in good time, not the biggest choice of dishes compared to other places I've used but nice food

We had a lot of leftovers the portion sizes were incredible. The salt and pepper chips were to die for! The egg fried rice was a little greasy but that is a small price to pay for such amazing quality!! Would definitely order again!

Had to phone just eat to get a refund. If you make a simple dietary request, no veg in anything (made it simple enough for the restaurant and for my disabled children) they ignore you and then blame you for a confusing request. When I phoned them they kept leaving the phone while I was speaking and then they eventually hung up on me after shouting at me. They offered to give me 1 free main next time I ordered, not sure how they thought that that made up for over £30 worth of wasted food that they got wrong, eventually they wanted to resend the order (which took over 1 and a half hours to arrive in the first place) but not the chips or plain noodles as they got them right, I repeatedly explained that the food would arrive after my children went to bed so would be no use to me and that obviously if they did resend the part order the chips and noodles would be cold. The owner refused to come to the phone so some rude woman was speaking between us both and kept leaving the phone whilst I was explaining myself to speak to the owner. The man from just eat customer service said he was also spoken to like rubbish and hung up on when he phoned them twice about my order. Eventually I got a full refund and I will never use this rubbish take away again. They have no respect for customers at all and this is the 3rd time I've ordered from them so it's not a one off. I ordered special fried rice before without veg and they gave me a plain chicken fried rice but charged me for a special, I phoned and the rude woman said they were about the same even though I payed more for a special fried rice. The first time I ordered from them it took nearly 3 hours to arrive! If you want a take away to save you the stress of cooking and to feed your children before they need to go to bed then don't choose here, even their delivery driver says they get constant complaints.

Really poor service and extremely rude, whilst also coughing constantly down the phone! I have received takeaways from them in the last month and suddenly have decided to decline my order tonight. They said that they dont want to travel 4 miles to me as its not making them enough money, I offered to pay £20 as I normally tip the delivery woman £10, she said no. They were just rushing me off the phone and I mentioned i am a regular loyal customer, there response was 'dont care, we too busy' - terrible service throwing customers away like that, certainly when I make a minimum of £50 orders for me and my family. Go and get some lessons in business and customer service!

So fancied Chinese for days so I ordered from here never again will I order from here, the beef curry just looks as bad as it tastes, I love beef curry but think this has just ruined it for me! My partners got chicken in OK sauce more like chicken in water well dunno even if it was chicken!! Only good thing was chowman nd that had mushrooms init so if I ever in my dreams order here again il just be getting the prawn crackers 😂😈

Spontaneous meal stop, so glad we did loved it. Staff were very polite and friendly, have to say best Chinese I've ever had, kids loved it too. Will defo be returning when I visit family again. Thank you xxx

Just picked up my order. Salt and Peper chicken is so dry it's hard to eat it. And curry sauce have no taste at all,it's some yellow disgusting mass. I gave this place like 3 chances,but nothing changes. Worst Chinese takeaway in Wakefield. I have been in others and I can say this for sure! Disappointing.
