Delicious food and excellent service. Staff can't do enough for customers and the variety at the salad bar is perfect to accompany the meat selection. Special thanks to Carlos who makes our experience extra special each time we eat here, this man deserves a raise! Lovely lovely restaurant

I've given 5 stars because of the effort made for my partners birthday. But to be honest the service needs improvement. We were asked 6 times when we first arrived if we had ordered drinks. We then had no one come back over for drinks the entire meal and in the end had to order at the bar. Our table also kept getting missed by the carvers and we watched pork belly, chicken and gammon all bypass us as though we were invisible despite the fact we'd asked for it because I'm pregnant and struggled with some of the rare red meat coming out.We'll be back, but it wasn't the best experience last night, sorry.

Yes please! Novel restaurant featuring Brazilian-style cuisine with freshly roasted meats served at table. Superbly tasty slices of beef, lamb, pork & gammon, plus sausages & chicken at lunch (another 7 meats at dinner!). Excellent drinks menu too and great service all at a sensible price. Gentler music would be preferred to the drum heavy soundtrack which although not loud was rather intrusive. Nevertheless this diner gets a firm recommendation.

Only the second time I've been to estabulo Wakefield and the food was as before absolutely fabulous, complimented by the staff. Especially Alan and Carlos. While eating our food it was clear to see that Alan had been shown how to apply attention to detail to every aspect of his job! The tables were set up delightfully. The attentiveness of all staff was great and they were only too happy to serve us. Overall we've had a lovely afternoon.

Estabulo was fantastic. The food was superb, the service was magnificent, the atmosphere was wonderful. The meat selection was ample from beef to pork to chicken. The salad bar was nice with four warm dishes: rated potatoes, garlic mushrooms (excellent), rice, and black bean stew (fajuada). There was an ample selection of different vegetables as well as different cheeses, some breads, tortilla chips, Yorkshire puddings and other selections.The atmosphere is very relaxed and the meat offerings come around often enough to make sure you always have something delicious to eat. Look forward to coming back once again.

Highly recommended for meat lovers. Excellent salad bar as well. Staff are very pleasant and can't do enough for you. If you like trying good quality cuts of various meats then you definitely need to eat here. Great experience all round.

We have been regular customers for over three years and loved it every single visit. Meat top class, drinks, service, all amazing.. Until recent visit. I am not sure what happened and what changed but meat quality was nothing to what it was before.. Felt sorry paying ~£100 for unpleasant meal. Won’t be coming back ever again.

It's a place where people bring you endless pieces of freshly cooked meat to eat, along with as much non-meat as you can eat. What more could you want?The staff were really helpful with the dietary requirements that some of our group had, and all the food is very comprehensively labelled.

A truly remarkable experience, full of theatre, atmosphere and lots and lots of meat!I attended a family birthday event at Estabulo, not sure of what to expect, but I was blown away by the quality and quantity of the fare being offered. When a meat selection *starts* with the Filet Mignon, you know you're in for a wild ride that just doesn't seem to end - a festival of chicken, lamb, beef and more, a carnivore's wildest dreams.And I can't not mention the incredible customer service - Alex was our waiter for the evening, attentive and friendly and well worth the tip we happily gave at the end of the evening. Maybe not for every week but Estabulo certainly stands for special occasions and making an impression. I shall be back at my earliest opportunity.

Really enjoyable experience. Lots of cuts of beef cooked differently in many incredible flavours and coatings. Personal highlights were the garlic mushrooms, roast potatoes and lamb. Maybe also the hallumi and gammon also.... and the chicken thighs were so juicy too!!Okay so it was all damn tasty, £30 a head seems steep for wakefield but actually this place delivers great value!
