Staff were lovely...had a latte and machine needed different things 3 times, maybe they could keep an eye on it a bit more but they were quick to resolve the issues.

·

A lovely spoons. I enjoy the long layout and being able to sit at the side opposite the bar and watch the world go by. Had lovely food there. Spent very little!

·

Large pub, that has a big variety of beers on tap and pump, this venue also does food too,it's a wetherspoons so the toilets are a bit of a trek.😄😄 Other than that it's a nice place.👍

Always short staffed. The staff are run off there feet. Coffee machines constantly breaking or need filling up, you have to ask for your tables to be cleaned . Wouldn't recommend

·

Have been before and was fine, but this visit was poor. Poor service, had to ask numerous times for the table cleaning. Ordered using the app, and service was slow. Poor food and flat pop and beer.

There are many Wetherspoons, that I've been to that warrant 5 star reviews. Beautiful, listed buildings, wonderful staff, and incredible ambiance. This is a dump, in Ponty. The 3 stars is for cheap ale.I would avoid, unless you have 6 fingers.Ok. A bit unfair.

My Wetherspoon's voucher was easily recognised at this restaurant, where I went for a halloumi wrap with chips and coconut water with a friend. The staff were very nice to us and I enjoyed my meal at a clean table, going to the toilet afterwards and it was in the same condition. I accidentally said the table number was 64 initially and then informed the staff it was 46, who claimed they had noted the correction, but later the waiter called out for 64 until I told them that was not the right table.

Used to love this place when it opened specially the breakfasts or steak and it stayed quality for a year an then just the quality of the food even tho it looks very similar u can taste the cheapness and yes its still value for money but its nowhere near as nice , with bus station cafe being out of action they should be getting all that custom but they aren't, the we went to 3 places before the bridge and we couldn't get a table so we went to broken bridge to just get something but it was dead compared to the 3 others, need an actual manager walking round talking to people with meals seeing if there's anything they can improve etc, the staff are getting screwed too cos I always leave 2 quid tip but I bet the wait staff lose out on hundreds of pounds with tips specially at Xmas, so to sum up start using the same quality of food when they started and make breakfasts all day cos some people specially people on a budget thats a whole nice hearty meal.To end its good for a beer and a laugh with the mates and its ok for a next morning hangover breakfast but it can only be better

They cut the crust of my pizza so I couldn’t eat it, maybe because they burnt the crust. They didn’t bring my banana, ordered table service but ended up having to go to the till anyways, didn’t have no water had to order Pepsi, then cheekily asked me to pay the difference. Steak looked as if it was pressed and dry. experience was a 3/5

Amazingly spacious place that doesn't look it from the exterior. Not as nicely decorated as some of the other Wetherspoons I've visited but clean , tidy and with efficient friendly staff. Food was served very quickly and was piping hot .As with all this chain the prices you pay are a steal for the quality and quantity you get.Well worth a visit if your in Ponte shopping or for a night out with friends.
