Cute little bar! Had a "jolly boys porter" which was really nice. The bar has an acoustic piano which is great condition and in tune. The bar let me play it for a bit, and I met a lovely man in there who told me about his band. I would definitely visit again.. it's great if you like unpretentious bars and good quality real ale

Called in twice one Saturday night , upon the second visit of the night the barmaid was playing her guitar 🎸 and piano 🎹 as well singing , she was very funny as well , seemed to keep everyone entertained 👍. Choice of drinks is good too here.

Tasty little bar on the fringe of town. Swingin again now they have live acts on. Decent selection of ales. Friendly staff.

Very good atmosphere plenty of real ale to choose from, I'm not normally a fan of real ale but found there light ale was very good.

Yorkshire pale ale and porter strongly recommend beers to try from this brewery. Great entertainment at the Wakefield taproom, and cosy welcoming atmosphere

Lovely craft beer sort of place with live music and really great atmosphere. Family (and dog) friendly, huge windows flooding the place with light, interesting foods including bruschetta
