Terrible service. Ordered and paid for food upfront for it not to arrive, called them to be told they’d declined the order due to lack of delivery staff. No apology and still waiting on a refund.

My order never turned up. I placed an order online. At the time it said delivery would take between 35 and 55 minutes. Over an hour later I received a text saying my order was on its way. I heard nothing till a missed call 80 minutes after I placed the order. No one knocked on the door. I still haven't received my order and have no idea what happened to it.

Great food, always delivered in good time. Order from their website direct and get better deals and prices than on Just Eat. Not sure why these guys get low star reviews; always great!

Arrived half an hour early, than requested time, and yet it Arrived cold! Poor qaulify food... chilli sauce with ni spice or flavour whatsoever! Guess that's how it comes in york? :(

Worst place to order from they take your money and didn’t even bring our food £17.10 they have taken and said we never paid that’s why they never delivered our food shocking in this day and age that a business like this even exists they are scamming people out of money and don’t deliver your food they are not even worthy of the one star AVOID at all costs we waited 45 mins for food so decided to ring them and his attitude was awful yeah we have your order but you didn’t pay is the response I got terrible shocking way to treat customers so do not bother ordering from these people the are not honest business owners I would advise people to stay clear of this place.

We have had several meals from these guys over the years and the food has always been good. But last night the service really let them down. The food is good but the they need to get the right staff in to support there business model.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Left a rather large review on just eat. Ordered the food at 21.20. Got it on 22.50. Food arrived cold and missing 3/4 of what I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not pay by card for ordering. You won't get your food and you won't be able to get through to the resteraunt. Order from somewhere else please because this is rediculous. Not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!

After a two hours wait. Being an hours late i had to go to the restaurant to see where pur order was after not being able to contact them via phone 5 times.Upon arrival they said the food was on the side and binned my partners meal and made it again. A lady behind the counter then said it was fault dictating that we 'should tell them' when it should be delievered. Once hpme. Everything was cold.Do Not Order

Over the years have spent a lot of money with these guys (have three young boys) this evening i ordered a burger each for me and my wife, waited for a long while and phoned them only to be told they have tried to deliver. They said that they will try again and did but this time the driver phoned me and said he could not find my house. So they did not try before and did not try to phone as i would of had a missed call. Sorry Acomb Kebab house dont like been lied to. You have just lost a loyal customer that you have had for a long time. Bye.
