Excellent Indian takeaway...staying at a hot tub lodge in stillingfleet (home farm) fantastic ...we fancied an Indian take out so opted for the nearest takeaway ....generous portions and all the meals tasted great , probably go again later thus week ..spot on 👍

The best curry I've ever had. Very big range. Some I find better than others but suits all levels of spicy and great flavour. Chicken handi is my favorite and for me it's perfection. If I have to have a last meal handi would be the one.

We found this little gem the other night by mistake. We came from Acomb to try the chippy but it was closed so ended up here. The best curry in York we have had and we won't go anywhere else now. Everything was freshly cooked and was piping hot. The poppadoms were also as fresh as they come. Delicious mixed kebab for starters and the best onion bahjees we have ever tasted, again, freshly cooked, not reheated. The currys, rice, naan and paratha were also absolutely spot on. A very happy accident! We will be back very soon!

A gem of a place. Hidden away and not well known,YET.Lovely service and even tastier food. Freshly prepared and collected piping hot.Definitely worth a punt.

Nice person to deal with curry was fantastic. Just a pity they don't do a delivery service but don't let that put u off gets 5 stars fraa me +++++ good grub can't beet it 😊

Worst masala i have ever tasted. Ordered 3 different curries. The tikka masala tasted like Korma which i dont like so didnt end up eating it. When i rang up to say it tasted like a korma i got told i was wrong and that they haven't had a complaint in 10 years which i doubt very much if that is what their curries are like. Never offered to exchange it or even apologise. Very rude on the phone and just kept talking over me and not listening. Never in my life have i known coconut milk and coconut powder go in to a masala.

Very nice Madras, also very friendly staff when you go to pick up an order.
