Ed's Easy Diner - York Designer Outlet in York

The waiter on duty was extremely rude ,as I am disabled I needed to sit down and as it was empty I couldn't see a problem. He told us to get up and wait to be seated when I tried to explain he wasn't interested, I also asked for a firm seat and he said there were none available. So we left and went next door to five guys .

Great staff and service. Our second visit travelling from Scarborough as set in shopping mall and was great first time round. Excellent food and you can use the Bluelight card for discount.

Quality food and service, everything was really nice and the peanut butter milkshake was incredible. Great selection on the gluten free menu as well!

Visited Ed’s Diner today in the Outlet and was very impressed. As soon as we sat down we asked for a gluten free menu and the girl immediately told other staff that I was a coeliac. All food had gluten flags in and the milkshake was made from a different machine. Very aware of cross contamination and the food was delicious.

Had breakfast here whilst stopping nearby. They had ran out of hashbrowns but our server offered some alternatives. Not super busy, service was spot on and quick, only downside was my toast was a little burnt but no issue!

Haven't been to an Ed's for a while. It did not disappoint!Had a burger I'd not tried before. Delicious! Staff were attentive and everything was clean and tidy. Can't ask for more.

Fantastic restaurant! I've been here a few times and it's my favourite place to eat at the Designer Outlet! The staff have always been friendly and nice, without being overbearing!The food has always been incredible and fairly priced. The milkshakes (pictured) are probably the nicest milkshakes I've ever had - well worth the money and absolutely worth trying!I would suggest taking the double burger option if you are hungry and not having any starters!Great place.

Not been able to come here since lockdown 1. Finally came back and not disappointed. Staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful and quick. Food was very fast to arrive an was absolutely delicious. I had an amazing burger while my wife had a hotdog. Both very filling. Kids meals are a good size and both kids meals looked great. The milkshakes are the main reason we come as they are awesome. Great place to come, and even if you are in a rush, would definitely recommend.
