Garden of India in York

5 of us had a fantastic meal last night, and the naan bread was the best I've ever had. We'll definitely be back.

Food was really good. Only down side was the staff having conversation next to my table.

Food was excellent and a very family friendly place.

First time visiting York on xmas shopping trip , this little restaurant is a must, close to city centre, staff great and very welcoming, food was excellent, and we both love curry's. Only 4 star rating as toilets were not so good , but would definitely eat here again as it's a little gem .

Went with friends, had the veggie bhuna curry with rice, really enjoyable meal which was well presented, and really good value. The service was first class, and very professional. This was about my 4th visit to this restaurant and will certainly be repeated. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, gorgeous food! Im a brummie, I know a tasty curry when I have one, this literally blows away the competition! 100% recommended from a real curry lover! Customer service was fantastic, very attentive and super polite, I could not recommend enough 👍

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I would not advise ordering from here or food hub at all. The site advised it was an 30 minute wait and half waiting 2 hours for my food and a number of call to the restaurant, I finally received an call off what I can only describe as one of the most dumbest people I have ever met. He informed me he had my order for a while and couldn’t find me so was just going to take it back to the restaurant and when I asked why he advised he thought I wouldn’t want my ordered. So asked do I want my order or a refund. I advised I wanted it to where he spent another 20 minutes messing around again and a further 10 minutes arguing with me that my address is wrong. Safe to say I will not order from there again or use food hub again.

While coming back from Whitby to Leeds decided to dine with family in York, found this restaurant on google surprisingly excellent quality food shame we don’t have restaurants like this in Leeds. Highly recommend try few signature dish (ask for chef) Chef is well experienced great quality food. Thank you

Wide selection of Indian dishes (meat and vegetarian) and side dishes. Food was excellent, staff was friendly and service was fast. Very pleasant dining experience.
