Order a meal tonight, will not be going back, portions very small, onion rings were out of the freezer, not home made, not value for money.

Will never be ordering from here again. Both me and my husband had stomach cramps, headaches and felt pretty poorly after eating from here. Extremely salty food. I did ring up the next day to complain. Didn't seem bothered one bit.

The salt and pepper prawns were overkilled with salt and garlic which made them uneatable and the chips were very over done. Not a good meal.

My family & I had a fantastic takeaway! The curry’s were a little more spicy than we are used to which was a pleasant surprise and great portions. Was packaged well so food stayed hot for longer than expected to get us home We are very fussy about our food and this was a delightful meal. Would definitely recommend. Staff were very helpful and we could stand outside as they gave us a “beeper” so we knew the food was ready! Top notch & will be using again!

Ordered a takeaway tonight and was shocked at the appalling standard of food. The egg fried rice didn’t look fresh - it was sticky, stodgy and very dark from all the soy sauce used, leaving it extremely salty to eat. The salt and pepper chips tasted like they were days old....dry and stale. Really disgusting.Looking at previous reviews it seems like they have changed owners because we have bought from Fortune Inn before and it’s always been good. I don’t normally post reviews but felt I had to on this occasion as it was so bad and needed to check if anyone else had the same experience. Will not go back again.

Have now found out it’s under new ownership. Just wasted nearly £30 on food that feels like it was cooked days ago. Sweet and Sour was burnt on the outside and some not cooked on the inside, also had no pineapple, onion or pepper, just a badly made sauce and burnt/undercooked (witchcraft!) chicken. Other dishes weren’t quite as bad but also weren’t anywhere near decent. Barely edible and frankly disgusting.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. Crispy Beef in OK sauce with fried rice. The oil the beef was cooker in was so burnt it tasted like pork scratching with greasy oily rice with a pour on sauce no onions or anything else shocking. The previous owner would be ashamed. The wife's special chow mein disgusting never again will I step across your threshold.

Orderd chefs special curry with spring rolls last night spring rolls still frozen had too prawns out of the curry and binned the rest, Definitely gone down hill sinse Michael left NEVER AGAIN

I have been a regular customer of fortune inn since opening many years ago' but after this last meal and I mean LAST they won’t see me for a long time. Waited an hour for it and it was expensive,cold and tasteless NOT happy at all !!!

Had Thai chicken. Just swimming in curry flavoured water. Chicken disgusting. Chicken in black bean sauce tough too. Must have been the cheapest chicken you can buy. Would not recommend and will not use again
