Called in at Heworth Chinese takeaway early evening on March 8th and had a takeaway meal too .

Ordered for delivery was an hour after we lacing order beef curry and as chewy and bland rice was starchy and food needed reheating up

Been using this place for several years now. Always tasty, never had any problems with the food or service before! Their fish and chips are ok, but not as good as the quality of the chinese food. I would reccommend without hesitation.

Always blown away by how delicious the food is here. Not the quickest times in collection, but it's a poplar place for good reason! Affordable and fresh noodle boxes are particularly fab.

The quality diminished significantly recently and punctuality of deliveries is appalling. Waiting over an hour recently after phoning to be told they'd set off ( over an hour ago) and guaranteeing hot food. It wasn't.I went into the takeaways the following week to speak about the issue and was laughed at by the old Chinese man 😡😡.

Been going here for few months. I must say without doubt the food and service are always excellent. The lady who usually takes our telephone orders is friendly and helpful , she does a great job making customers feel looked after. However, we walked in and placed an order the other night. The man who served us was downright rude to us. We also witnessed the man shouting at another customer. We were shocked at such an appalling service. Totally unacceptable. Won’t be returning.
