Kfc in York

ALWAYS SHUT WAY BEFORE THEYRE MEANT TO! Says 11pm on website and they’re already shut tonight at 9:20! Second time this has happened now

Couldn’t keep the birds away but on a serious note the gravy was like brown bum water. Woman behind the till mocked my limp and got my order wrong

Had a take out received no napkins and no straws for the drinks lady behind the counter was also quite uninviteful

What absolute rubbish!! I paid 11.50 for a home delivery. Zinger burger, chicken leg. Chips, coleslaw and 7 up. The only good thing was the 7up. Zinger burger tasteless. A scrawny chicken leg, cold chips. Maybe a dozen chips. Weak and tasteless coleslaw. What a waste of money!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Terrible service staff are wondering round like there on crack. Bits of food and napkins straws etc all over the floor. Staff member behind counter keeps rubbing her face and not washing her hands Not even wearing a mask!!

Best KFC I have been to, visited many times over my 4 years in york and theyve never got an order wrong. Sometimes I have even got extra items from them after having to wait a while. 5* 10/10 recommend this store :)

Ordered 2 fillet box meals with 2 hot wings and I didn’t even get my burger this is APPALLING HONESTLY HOW COULD U FORGET THE MAIN BIT WHICH WAS THE BURGER FEEL STARVING AFTER JUST HAVING 2 hot wings and some chips

After travelling 6 hours from Scotland, the family sat outside in the car, were starving. We pulled up to kfc at 22:30pm only to be welcomed by a staff member in the back ground shouting noooo.When attempting to place an order we were told we are just about to close so you cannot have any fries. Even though they weren’t due to close until 23:00 and you could clearly see a full basket of fries sat on the side.When they advise this, I explained, I don’t think this will be ok for the family, let me go and check with them first. Then all you could hear was the extremely rude staff in the background to start cheering as I went to leave the shop.Very rude and not helpful staff at all. I hope management is aware of what goes on.

The food was hot which was a nice surprise. Also the gravy was thick. Fed up of eating gravy like water so it's a straight 10 from me. Nice one KFC York.

Very good food, never really had a problem with KFC. Only thing I'd say is something tables can be a little dirty but this is due to the previous people that were at the table, not that KFC are not a clean company as if you alert a member of staff they've been glad to help clean the table.
