Little Italy in York

Delicious!Wonderful food, with a great deli selling fine Italian fayre.This restaurant serves very tasty food, and the menu isn't full of the usual lasagne/carbonara/bolognese options, but has a wide variety of different pasta and main course dishes.All 4 of us were very impressed with our meals.Cannelloni, a tagliatelle ragu, a pork dish and a prawn dish.Proper Italian cooking that you just want to keep eating all day (every day!).

Yet again we had the most fabulous meal at Little Italy. It really is a gem of a restaurant. The food is delicious with a wide variety. Friendly staff who can't do enough for you. The deli on the ground floor sells the most amazing goodies. This has become our go to eatery in York and should be on everyone's list! Can't wait to be back there for hubby's birthday later this month.

We found this restaurant in Google and it was a great find.Excellent quality of food, living in the UK was a long time since I had eaten so good.The kindness and friendliness of the staff is unique!!!We'll definitely come back...

The whole experience of little Italy was amazing, the pasta was so fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a traditional Italian in York. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Fell upon this little gem. Real Italian food, delicious, affordable and friendly, efficient staff. Cosy and intimate. Would recommend. Their deli also looked delicious.

It's a little place with Italy cuisine most of the course were excellent But was disappointed with my risotto allo scoglio it was portion& didn't have the taste of seafood

Absolutely wonderful, real Italian food, and so good. Staff excellent especially Mare. Can't say strongly enough how good the food was, an excellent evening.

Great portion sized however the pasta is rather expensive compared the average pasta restaurant. I would recommend having less salt in the dish and black pepper provided at the table as the big one the waiter uses doesn’t work well. The langoustine wasn’t in season/ wasn’t sweet but mushy in texture.

Booked the table for dinner on 02/09/2021. Service greeted us and showed us our table. Drinks arrived straight away following by a starter to share and then mains. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Happy to return here and recommend it! Thank you! 🙂

Fantastic meal! We were a walk in on Saturday and luckily managed to get a table. The food was perfect, really nicely presented and the service was lovely.We had starters, mains and desserts and every dish was delicious and so worth it!Highly recommend a meal here!
