Lucia Wine Bar & Grill in York

Imogen our waitress was a complete star!!Very warm and professional, made our meal all the more special with her glowing service 😊The food was lovely and surroundings beautiful - highly recommended!

This Italian restaurant is great and we recommend the elder flower sparkling water. It's sweet and sour with lemon ice and is perfect for non-alcoholic ladies. It's good to book in advance to get a great table. A very nice place to take photos~

Food was pretty good, but the saffron risotto was too sour for my taste - probably too much lime juice added. The Sea Bass was very well cooked though and good value on the lunch menu.Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Always love it here for drinks, not eaten here yet but always another time for that! Would recommend to book before you go. But you can always book on the day.

A very nice place to eat out. The staff is helpful, the restaurant is clean with a welcoming casual atmosphere. Whethere is a business luch or dinner or just a family or friend meeting it's a recomnended place to visit.The food and drink menu has a good variety to choose from. You cab choose to inside or outside. The restaurant is situated in city centre on a small street and is family friendly.

Booked a table for a day trip to York and it was fab! Cocktails were delicious, food was great and the place itself is beautiful. Definitely recommend coming here

Came here for a meal on our first night away. I had mussels to start which were delicious and, for the main course, I had the smoked salmon pasta (my partner had the chicken skewer). Had creme brûlée for desert.A great restaurant, only dropped a star as the smoked salmon pasta was a bit over seasoned and was quite salty (but was still tasty)!

My wife and I visited on the 1st September 2021. We had not booked a table but they were kind enough to find us a table for two. As it was our 45th wedding anniversary we were thrilled and very impressed by the staff, service, decor and atmosphere. We were further treated to a complementary drink when they found out it was our anniversary. The menu was extensive and the food was delicious. We were served in a friendly and efficient manner. They made it a special meal on our special day.

Fantastic service from start to finish.First time visiting Lucia and from the second we walked in to the second we left the service was second to none.The starters, mains and desserts were fantastic. A special mention does need to be given to our waitress Charlotte who went above and beyond for us the whole evening. A true credit to business and I would have no problem recommending Lucia to anyone.

Our favorite restaurant in York and our second visit. Just as good if not better than the first time. We love everything about this place from the friendly staff, the great atmosphere and the amazing food and drinks!If you are visiting York you definitely need to include Lucia's in your plans.
