O'Neill's in York

Brilliant pub with friendly helpful staff I had there Guinness and it's a good pint they've got outside seating and live sports and racing on TV I'll definitely go again

Normally regulars on a week day after work, local to us at work but today to turn up and be moved from a Table what was reserved with no sign ect was out of order! I also asked a few weeks back to reserve a table to be told no we don’t do it not possible on this day (st paddy’s ) well you really let us down tonight because all the tables was and as regulars even more disappointed sort it out!

Great food and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be back again:)

Quick delivery time. The mushrooms were.. okay. But the burgers were burnt, the halloumi fries were tasteless, empty and dry and the bun of the burguers were also dry. We could not enjoy the dinner at all so not ordering again.

Oh dear! Poor staff training? Young lady in bar at 2pm, refused me entry into empty pub on my miniature scooter, smaller and more manoeuvrable than a wheelchair, happier with no trade I can only assume!Swift response to this review from O'Neills, you obviously do care about customer service, will give you another try next time I visit York!

First place I popped into on Friday morning whilst visiting York. Really friendly service and a lovely pint of Guinness. Nice and chilled spot. If you want a peaceful spot be warned.... Saturday nights here are pretty busy!

Pub was very quiet when we were in but I'm sure it would have a great atmosphere when the live music is on. Nice choice of real ales.

Great bar with a nice atmosphere. One of the few bars that does Heineken on draft. Staff always polite
