Pizza Hut in York

Me and wife visited on a Wednesday evening. Was fairly busy,. With people dining in, and takeaways leaving the restaurant. The staff really helpful.If you have a blue light card,. Take advantage of it

Fantastic pizzas with crispy base, delicious salad from the salad bar and some great onion rings. Really fab dinner at the end of a tiring day.

We waited ages to be seated even though the staff kept looking over at us. When seated we never got asked how we wanted to order it was just you need to order online. When we had ordered it took the staff 10 minutes to bring empty glasses and bowls for the bottle less drinks and salad bar respectively. The pizza we ordered took a while to come to our table. When the pizza and sides arrived they were all like warm. When we finished we sat with our dirty plates (which we organised in the middle of the table to show we had finished) on our table for 20 minutes waiting for our desert to arrive (which we ordered at the same time as our pizza). After these 20 minutes we decided we just wanted to leave and therefore asked if we could have our desert boxed up, the member of staff said this wouldn’t be a problem. We then waited another 20 minutes (still with dirty plates in front of us) before having to ask again about desert. We then had to wait another 5 minutes for our deserts to arrive. When we left our plates were still on our table 45 minutes after we had finished. We left feeling very dissatisfied and lacking the desire to return any time soon.

The waiter with blue hair did a weird thing, I didn’t feel welcomed when I stepped in the to restaurant and she lied that other tables were reserved as we did not want to sit at the one next to the door because it was cold. Then I asked a different waiter and she said we could move to any table we want. I don’t know if this was because we are foreign and she was racist to us. I have an english boyfriend and when I enter restaurants with him we are greeted just fine. Apart from that food was nice.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Food was well prepared and hot and we were served quickly. Very good and well recommended 👌

Was visiting York today and ended up here for food, haven't been to a pizza hut since b4 COVID the staff and who I think was the manager were really lovely could see we were a lil confused, were really helpful let them know we were with a vegetarian aswell and they made sure we knew what the score was thankyou guys 😊

Nothing special..We been waiting outside for a whileI went for buffet 😅 basically Nothing available on display plus I had no time to waist. I had to ask for food display few times .. I asked for creamy penny pasta 3 times . I paid for 2 person and left ..basically we o ly been for 10 minutes and left ... i will never recommend or enter again even for free ..

After parking and walking for quite a distance in the cold. We were kept waiting for at least 5 minutes+ at the door whilst the staff chatted and decided they were not going to serve us. It was a supposed to be a Birthday treat, gone wrong for sure! No we didn't book, no indication we had to. They're were plenty of spare tables and window seats also. It was clear the staff just didn't want people in at this time around 8pm....They said they had Bookings, I doubt that very much, why did they dither and take so long to get to us.We walked back, drove to the outlet, had a Pizza Rxpress instead. Which took at least 40+ to arrive ( seriously ). This was on the 26th November. It Was not a Christmas Market night.. Disappointed! Staff were to young to be in charge at the door..

Food was a bit bland and not particularly hot but service from Amelia was great, lovely girl who was very polite and helpful to all customers who were in 👍

Great service and tasty food! It was nice and quiet, staff were great and food came quick.
