I was charged £10.30 for 2 vodka and diet cokes my friend was charged £7.20 for same. No atmosphere staff unfriendly wouldn't recommend

A great little pub on Micklegate in York. Friendly, welcoming staff and accessible due to the side entrance being step free and suitable for wheelchairs. Good to see that for not a huge place, there's also a disabled toilet facility. All Covid safety measures in place. Outdoor seating area is a good little sun trap too.

First class service, pub itself spotless.Great landlord and staff.Fantastic atmosphere.Have to mention the landlord even though he was shattered been on shift all day, rang us a taxi and made sure we got it.Going the extra mile for his customers absolutely brilliant.

Came in here on Saturday with my wife and the service was fantastic. Considering there was a big football match on, the atmosphere was rowdy but still enjoyable and clearly social distancing and covid measures being followed here. Returned again today and was greeted by a young blonde girl and a young man behind the bar. Both very friendly and chatty. Gave good recommendations for dinner as we are on holiday .A warm welcome and a great pint
