Skosh serves up modern fusion cuisine. The food is well-thought out and tastes amazing with great flavour combination. I am very happy with the standard of food during my visit and the price is very reasonable for the quality you get - some dishes are in fact Michelin-star standard. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I cant fault anything.The food was amazing and all of it equally as good, impossible to pick a favourite dish. The service was great as well.If you are a table of two I recommend sitting up the kitchen as I enjoyed watching what the chefs were doing and seeing all the other dishes.Can't wait to go back very soon

What a fabulous restaurant! Friendly and great tasting food that looks as good as it taste. Every dish we have ordered were so amazing! When I have a chance to come back to York again, this place would definitely be on my list! Love it!!Do book well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Absolutely stunning! Fabulous service and food to die for. You must try the Hens eggs, kuri kare pan and celeriac!!! Superbly priced too, for two of us to eat circa 10 plates of food and 5 drinks totalled £125. We were expecting to pay double that for what we got, no wonder this place is booked up months in advance. If we come back to York we will 100% return.

Went for dinner. Booking is essential. Nice decor and service is good. Food (Small dishes) is interesting and overall good but some hit and miss in terms of the flavour.Highly recommended- Cumbrae Oysters, Egg, ArtichokeNice - CrabNot as good as expected- Kare Pan & ManchurianOverall worth visiting. Some waiters a bit unfriendly but others are very friendly so again - a bit of hit and miss.Would be 5 stars if they are consistent in terms of service & food

Had 6 portions with one dessert. They’re delicious and well-prepared. The prices are reasonable comparing to the dishes. I really loved the octopus one and the dessert. The only negative thing I might say is that having too many dishes with different tastes would make the experience less enjoyable and confusing.

Wow!Difficult to put into words how completely amazing the food in Skosh is. Excellent service, fantastic sounding menu, you'd think you were in one of the biggest cities in the world with the interesting flavour combinations.And the food... Dear god. Hens egg and cheese mousse, fried chicken and caviar, the most amazing lamb belly I've ever had... Just stunning.Well done Skosh, we'll be back!!
