Starbucks in York

The nicest starbucks I have ever been to both atmosphere and people. Staff are friendly and make nice conversation, the coffee is good and the seating area is always clean. The only downside is that the toilets are often messy and aren't the nicest I would say they are definitely in need of refurbishment. Other than that this is my favrouite stabucks in the whole of the UK

Never really bothered with Starbucks before but pleasantly surprised by their blonde coffee. Worth a try if you like a smooth flavour.

Got a frappacino and the girl who served me told me my shirt looked nice. That's enough of a compliment to get 5* from me. Othe than that - it's Starbucks, the coffee is average and it's free WiFi.

Got a pink coconut Refresha well it was the worst one I’ve had to date. No strawberries in it and hardly any sauce either in fact it was very bland. Not even an apology to say ran out of stuff won’t be going back

Such a wonderful building, one of the most beautiful in the area, to sit and catch up, its a great atmosphere.Lovely staff and great drinks.Always a nice place to grab a coffee.

Starbucks should be for coffee and I have no idea what state the espresso machine is in this store, but the coffee is burnt, bitter and undrinkable. I am guess the cleaning is poor and temperature setting way too high. Went to another cafe for coffee and just left our drinks, won't go back and starting to think Starbucks has forgotten how to make coffee.

Really nice place for coffee and chill, definitely one of the best looking Starbucks stores I've been to. Staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a nice cold brown sugar expresso!

Coffee was great as usual service was good !The only down side was the property wasn't exactly spick and span and there was only one toilet which was a disabled toilet which had to be used by both male and female and wasn't exactly clean !

OMG! This Starbucks is in need of an urgent interior revamp. It is so tired looking. The wonderful old building deserves better. Cmon Starbucks, you must do better.

In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks store that I've ever been to. The staff are so lovely and make my day every single visit! The store is clean, the interior is gorgeous and the drinks are delicious! I can't help but pop by every time I visit York. Thank you for making every visit so special! I can't wait to be back! <3 :)
