Subway in York

Bad service. Didn't liked how they talking with costumers. Couldn't understand what he was saying. They really little amount of food in it.

The staff were rude and unfriendly. The younger guy complained to his coworker about me arriving when he wanted to leave for a break or something.Some people shouldn't work in customer service and he's one of them. His older co-worker asked me if I was okay and I said I'm fine. I honestly thought he was going to tell me to smile at one point.Very expensive subway too and not that great.

£8.49 for a footlong sub. Got to be having a laugh! You can get a full meal for that at pear tree farm! Guarantee subway at blossom street be turning into students flats before 2022 is out cos you’ll have gone bust! Either that or your staff will make you bust because they are so rude nobody will want to return! And yes I’m talking to you red headed lady who looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp and tall gent who couldn’t care less.

It's a subway.... you know what your getting if they know how to make it properly. This place does. Some times customer service is hit and miss but its a York subway and its rather busy on occasions in a busy area.

Staff are either unhappy with what they are doing orthey are just moody orthey do not know that there can be people who do not have any allergy!😉

First of all I wLked in to crates everywere, nothing was stocked, the 2 ladies who were serving me were more interested in their personal conversation than serving the customers, the lady was very rude to me I already told her what I wanted for her to continue asking even though I already said, to top it off the change I was given a coin that was an illigal tender (the old pound coins that nobody takes no more) please be more polite to your customers and check the change that is handed to you and the change you give out! Not all of us have time to go to a bank!

Don't wear face masks. Only guy wearing one with big red nose wasn't wearing it right either. Guy with short grey hair sneezed in direction of food. The hygiene in this branch is disgusting also why does the woman with short red hair have no customer service skills or manners.Avoid.

Went in to buy some sandwiches butNoone drom staff even say hello, there was 2 fuya from Deliveroo waiting for their order ,so nobody could place an order till this deliveroo order was done so i left and 2 other customer left too.Not greeting not estimated time of waiting given, a guy who wanting just to pay for Christmas couldnt even do so!Very bad customer service.

The only reason I ordered subway from here on just eat is cause it's the only one that shows up. The food from there is never good, it's made sloppy and as for toasting there sandwiches it's almost like they dont even try and I always have to toast them myself before eating them. Dont get me wrong, once I've toasted it correctly it tastes great but they have poor service. I recommend avoiding subway on blossom street and make the extra little journey to the one on stonebow instead.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. First time as a family we’ve had subway! Never again! Ordered through just eat. No issue with just eat as the delivery was fine, the food thought.. appalling! We paid £32 for 4 subs, hash browns and drinks. Subs were thrown together, missing cheese and extra cheese also on one of them! Was basically meat and dry bread. Ham slices were discoloured round the edges and stale, so went in the bin. I basically had to strip the sandwiches and remake them, adding our own cheese and grilling them as guess what... that hadn’t been done either like we requested. Also there was a drink missing from our order. Absolute rubbish. Have heard so many good things about subway over the years, but I’m no way ever going to pay over £7 for a slapped together, stale, dry, half made sandwich again.
