Taco Bell UK in York

The service was fairly quick and the interior was quite spacious, as the weather was nice we had our food on one of their benches outside. However, the rice was undercooked and inedible and some of our food wasn't too warm!

Nice Mexican food but staff need training in customer services .I had my app open on my phone for points and she told me to wait until she tells me to scan barcode I was just waiting until after I had made order before scanning it .then she made a comment to her colleague about me being too eager for a few points I felt insulted and will definitely not going back

Ordered from app to collect from Monks Cross and went to drive thru. You have to collect from in-store but Charles was really helpful and checked with Supervisor and allowed me to collect from Drive Thru. Tasty food, easy to order (and remove individual ingredients) and great staff. Thanks Charles and Taco Bell team

If you're looking for a fast food restaurant that's a bit different from the usual McDonald's or KFC, Taco Bell is worth checking out. The atmosphere is a bit weird and confusing, and the menu can be difficult to decipher. Prices aren't prominently displayed, so it's hard to know how much you're spending. The staff weren't great, but they weren't bad either. Overall, it's an average place to eat.

Covids been tough on the outlet as everywhere else with supply and staff issues but throughout the staff have remained polite and professional. Nice clean restaurant with a good loyalty program. The drive through remains closed but normality seems to be returning slowly.

Really fast and professional service, Sami was really polite at the till. The food was freshly made to order and the service was quick. There are some vegetarian options too. Reasonably priced items. I'd recommend this place.

Never had a Taco Bell before, and was recommended to go by a friend. Very glad I went and would happily go again in the future. Only tiny issue I had was the staff were quite impatient as I had never been I took a bit of time looking at the menu and wasn't sure what I would like. Only a tiny issue, but shouldn't really be rushed, (especially since there was only a few other people in the restaurant which were also looking at the menu).

My first experience of Taco Bell and it was amazing. The service was great, even during a pandemic. The staff were friendly however as a new person they didn't really advise what happened after I ordered. But I took my seat and was called to collect my food. And my god it was brilliant. Loved trying the new things. Went for a meal with my friend and definitely lovely. Will go back to Taco Bell again if this is the quality. Really well done.

We ordered as takeaway and the tacos are freshly prepared. The staff is helpful and friendly to recommend orders from the menu. Food is tasty and worth trying some Mexican food.
