Teajuanas Cafe in York

Was walking past and saw something new had popped up and came over to have a look. After talking to the extremely friendly staff member about what they do, I opted to try one of their barbacoa tacos and a couple fruit sodas. Guy let me know that unfortunately they weren’t currently serving them, but when he saw I was disappointed was great and fired out a couple for us. So so glad he did, they’re honestly incredible, I can’t reccomend them enough. We’ll absolutely be back to get three each in the near future!! Best tacos in York, and I’ve tried them all 😂

Visited York with my boyfriend, and stopped off to get a bite to eat, highly recommend the Coxinhas and the bacon sandwiches😍😍

Lifesavers. The only place that did not need a reservation and delivered quick delicious food. Great coffees and amazing food. 😍 The staff is really friendly. Recommend their Bombon, The Meaty One and The Egg one. And their wrap of the day is just yum. 😍 Do check them out. Definitely recommend and will go again.

Poor experience, as I came to collect my prepaid online meal bag to find the place closed with no one to find. Thankfully I was offered a refund from the online team after putting a complaint. Unfortunately, I was not offered any courtesy compensation from the restaurant’s owner for this inconvenient experience and for my wasted time. I was left empty handed and starving for that evening. At least I was offered an apology from the owner, however I can’t have that for dinner! KR Osi.

Great wee shop to get coffee, cakes, churros, croissants etc, food and drink served to you on street. If you are walking through the Micklegate area in York then this is a great place to stop. We bought lattes, which tasted great, and the boxed churros with chocolate absolutely delicious.

Ordered some ice cream for the children and I had aaffogata. Perfect and served with a smile thank you

Tried the Spanish hot chocolate, my partner had the bicern and they were incredible! We also had their chorizo sausage roll which was also amazing. We will be coming here from now on over our usual Starbucks visits! Staff were nice and knowledgeable too!
